So all the FedEx branches now have the self serve kiosk so we don't have to stand in line if we already have a label. Most branches also have their express envelopes out as well which makes it super easy and don't have to stand in the long lines. This branch however has no envelope supplies out, so it is useless to have the self serve kiosk because I still have to wait in line to ask for an envelope. In addition the employees here don't like their jobs. They are very rude to customers and act like you are bothering them.

I needed some color copies. There was no rush, however, when I saw the bill, they had charged me an additional $15 and said it was for "rush" same day copy. There was only one other customer in the store, so there was no rush. I questioned if this was a new policy. The woman at the counter said "No," that it has been a policy since the 2 years she's been there, but they just hadn't enforced it. She told me she could hold my copies and I could come pick them up tomorrow when they opened at noon, and I wouldn't be charged. Seriously?? I'm going to look for a more customer-friendly copy place. FedEx Office sucks! They've gone steadily downhill ever since they bought out Kinko's.

I received plants from Home Depot in 3 boxes. All 3 boxes were clearly marked with arrows and "this side up" plus it said fragile, and yet the idiot laid them on their side so all the soil was dumped out of all 18 plants. Total disregard to instructions and the money I spent for those tumbled plants. FedEx is a poor excuse for a carrier and should be shut down. Clearly they hire the lowest quality delivery driver and have absolutely no minimum standards for training.

WTF, why does it say open until 10:00pm? None of these locations stay open until 10:00. Spend your money elsewhere.
