I just stopped in to drop off a shipment, I'm seeing some reviews about the smake women I had an interaction with. Grey hair and glasses, she met me with zero customer service, rushed, and flat out rude; didn't ask what I needed help with and proceeded to yell and give me instructions. i never said a word while in there. Store manager came out and was much more pleasant. I just hope management is reading this. first and last time using this location.

The same woman (gray hair and glasses) always seems to "help" me. She's consistent, but not in a good way. Even when there's nothing going on inside the store, she seems super stressed out. It's ALWAYS an awkward interaction.

You are better off going anywhere else. Rude and argumentative staff. Some of the worst customer service I've ever seen.

The woman with the grey hair and glasses is incredibly rude. I'll go out of my way to go to a different location to avoid her attitude.

Never thought I'd write a review about Fed EX but SO surprised!!!! They went above and beyond in helping me print on the write paper for my daughters birthday party. Definitely recommend! The two women working 11/20/21 are SO kind, fun and helpful!! So appreciative!

I have been using this location for two years, because it is convenient. However, due to poor customer service and the employees doing everything they can to be as difficult as possible, I will happily travel farther for a better experience. The manager seems to be drunk on power. He's either created the toxic environment that allows rudeness to flourish or does nothing to promote a positive atmosphere. The employees at the DMV are far friendlier than the most of the employees at this Fed Ex.

Rude service and misinformation. On top of that, FedEx service for international shipments failed miserably: my package was not delivered on time and the recipients were charged an additional 1/3 of the price of the shipment (which was $167, so an additional $60 for a package weighing 1.5 pounds). When I was mailing the package, the guy never mentioned additional charges. Skip this office and FedEx altogether for international shipments. Go across the street to UPS!
