Order from DXL online. It is way cheaper. This store does not have a tailor and it took me two days to shake off the negative energy coming from the lady in charge there. I have never been talked too or seen someone talk to everyone like she does. Its absolutely frightening!

I don't typically write bad reviews but this one really got to me. I went in to exchange a pair of pants I had never worn and bought in December. Granted it is a little on me cause I bought them in December. The lady I spoke to said they have a 90 day return policy and there is nothing they can do. However when I bought the pants a different lady told me long as I left all the tags on I could bring them and exchange them no questions asked. Lost customer here.

The lady working here was so wonderfully helpful. We were looking for suit jackets and everywhere we went nothing fit me. I'm very tall with long arms. When the woman asked if she could help us and we informed her about what we were looking for she was so gracious to explain to us that they would not have anything that would fit me here. They would be too big. But she explained how to find something that fit at nearby stores. We found something right after that. A+

I had a great experience - Jimmy was very friendly and knew how to advise me on jeans that suited my needs. It was great to find sizes that fit me and I am very happy with my purchases. I will definitely tell my friends as well.

Store manager was a bit curt/short over the phone. Not completely surprised as the Aurora store mentioned they weren't too helpful. I asked a simple question and had the product numbers but was put on hold 11 minutes as someone walked into the store. I'd just purchased 4 figures worth of suits and was just curious about a different jacket size so also consider myself a customer (have been for over 15 years)

Pants were fine, but too casual for gift recipient. I am giving a three star review because it still cost me over 18 dollars for shipping (including a return shipping fee) and "fees", so it cost me to shop with you and no product. Not worth it.

This place has reasonably nice clothing. It is pricey though.THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR OWN COUPONS. So don't bother.

Been shopping here for 20+ years for my husband. Always had STELLAR customer service. I mean amazing customer service! Today, was greeted by being yelled at from across the store. Had an employee literally 2 feet from us and they never said a word let alone, offer assistance. The contrast in experiences is what kills me. Treat us like we're invisible all the time. Why be so great and then so lousy?
