Best place I've stayed in Denver and I've stayed everywhere before and after remodels, dog friendly, indoor pool, access to the public transit 500ft away. Price wasn't even that bad either.
Noteworthy details: It was just perfect.

Very hot and stuffy the rooms do not have ac. The ceiling tiles in the lobby have water damage and look like they are gonna fall on you. I was there a whole week and the bathroom in the lobby was disgusting and smelt like a 7 evelen gas station bathroom.
