Go see Diego at Discount! He provides exceptional service even when the services I got were at no cost to me. He filled my tires with air, gave me a summary of my tire condition, told me the best way to get in for service without waiting too long and helped me when I came back to ge the nail in my tire removed.

EVERY single time it's something. They just don't pay attention here - and I DO think it's specific to this location, not DT in general - as of this writing, at least. Recent install had one weird valve stem different than the others (?!) then I lost a center cap on the way home (with the replacement I learned these take a decent thwack to get in so either they didn't, or they broke a tab or something), then I discovered vibration at highway speeds, turns out a front wheel was .75oz out of balance.

I have purchased many tires from this discount tire. Today I brought my WRX is to switch the snows for the summer tires. It’s an hour wait even with an appointment. I noticed this evening that I’m missing a lug. Major inconvenience.

I came in for a patch on my tire and Mark S. Was able to help assist me he was able to get my patch taken care of as well as educate me on my current tires and what would be the best recommendation going forward and one would be the best time to purchase new ones! He was Friendly and helpful and knowledgeable!

These guys have been so helpful and kind! I have had them top my tires off and honestly the customer service for that free service made me want to buy tires here. I actually thought I got a better price somewhere else but would have had to wait a couple days for installation. I drive for a living and actually have a leaky tire so this obviously presented a problem. The other tire center wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence before telling me, not a chance. I called discount and Kraig confirmed they had the tires and would have me back on the road in an hour and a half. They even matched the lower price! I returned the tires I bought and headed right over. They absolutely squashed any reason I had to go anywhere else! Plus they are easy to find when I am out on the road! Also, the amazing customer service and kindness is just refreshing! I highly recommend!

Excellent efficiency and customer service! Went through the free air fill ups with a very nice and welcoming guy! Was greeted and informed multiple times when I went inside that someone would be with me shortly. I watched the staff work through long lines of customers quickly and happily. Super impressed with the operations here. Keep it up everyone, appreciate you all!

I went in because of a nail in my tire. They said it was too close to the sidewall but I knew it wasn’t. They quoted me a new tire for $300 so I took it to another place. The other place repaired it for $20. I suggest you get a second opinion before buying a new tire next time you take it to this place.

I recent had two tires put on and all four balanced and rotated. The price was extremely reasonable and Paris was kind enough to wave the fee for junking the old tires. In addition, the service was quick. All of these points I appreciate as any customer would.
However, I found that none of my tires had been set to the correct tire pressure and each of them were set to different pressures. After I set my tires to the correct PSI I could feel a significant vibration coming from the seat of my car between 65 and 75 MPH, which did not happen prior to replacing the two tires.
I took my car back the next day to the same shop to have them check the balancing. Paris was quick to get my car in and the techs were extraordinarily fast. I was told that three of my wheels checked out fine and only one was off by 0.25. That is not enough to account for the vibration I was feeling between 65 -75 MPH; but, whatever they did fixed the issue.
Fingers-crossed, my wheels were properly torqued.
The next day, when setting the air pressure in my tires again, (I drive a few hundred miles a day) I found one of my custom valve caps missing. I went back to ask if they could track it down. I don't recall who I spoke with, but it was not Paris. This employee didn't seem to care too much about the missing valve cap. He looked for about two minutes and came up empty. Sure, this is not a critical piece of equipment. It's simply a vanity item. Nonetheless, it was a piece of my car.
The service rep did offer to pay for the item if I brought in a receipt, which is the same I would have done if I were in his shoes. I can cover the cost of a new set. The money lost is not my primary concern.
Tires are not complex, but they are the most important component of a functioning vehicle. If you specialize in anything, you should be the best and no one should be able to hold a candle to your level of expertise or service. Missing details like not setting the PSI to the placard inside the vehicle and losing track of custom equipment does little to instill confidence in your service. I'd rather have waited longer at your shop for the job to have been done right the first time, or the second time. The price was great but the cost was more than what I paid.
Paris was professional and thorough. I wish I could give the same review for the level of service and attention to detail given to my vehicle.
