This is without a doubt the best gym I have been to. Being new to CrossFit, I have loved learning here and have found such an amazing place to do that. CrossFit was something I never thought I could do and I have found confidence in the gym again here. Coach Spence is knowledgeable and skilled, but channels his expertise into making it all about his athletes and not about himself. The community here is unmatched and everyone is supportive and kind. It’s an amazing place to learn and grow in the gym.

Coach Spence is amazing and inspiring. He seems to always want to improve this already impressive gym. The members are very friendly and welcoming. I think this gym has found that perfect space for someone to learn CrossFit and do so without fear of injury or overtraining. A lot of this credit goes to Coach Spence for truly caring about his members and insuring their safety.

I had the pleasure of joining CrossFit Undeniable during my 3 month clinical rotation in Colorado and of all the gyms I visited in the area, this one stands alone. Spence is the most welcoming gym owner I have ever met. Being in the CrossFit space for awhile now, I know what I am looking for in a gym and get a feeling when walking into a gym whether it is the right fit or not and as soon as I walked into CF Undeniable, I new this was the place to be. The community is great and all the members have been extremely welcoming. When Spence asked me, “what am I looking for in the gym” rather than explaining how things are run is the key to finding the right gym and allows for a more personal experience. The 24 hour aspect is also a great addition! Highly recommend this gym if you are looking to start CF or dropping in the area!

Great atmosphere, really enjoy the box.Coach/owner Spence motivates you and pushes you but also makes sure you are being safe and not running the risk of getting hurt!!! Highly recommended!!

In all my years of working out, I have never found a modality, community, and support system as great as CrossFit. More specifically CrossFit Undeniable.The standard or coaching, encouragement, and balance of difficulty are unmatched in my experience. Having been a Personal Trainer myself, I can’t speak highly enough about this gym. Worth. Every. Penny.

Great gym. The coach and class members were very friendly and accommodating. The workouts were built to scale and it seemed like there was some good competition. Thanks for a great workout! If you get the chance, you should definitely drop in and check out the Undeniable experience.

I joined CrossFit Undeniable just over a year ago. The coaches are great and they continue to give each athlete pointers on how to improve. They are happy suggest scalable options for the workouts so you never feel like you cannot do the workout. All the athletes are very encouraging and supportive of each other. It has been a great environment for me to push myself.

I have been coming here for 6 weeks and it has been the best decision. I thought I knew a lot about working out and physical fitness, but I quickly realized I had a lot to learn. Coach Spence has helped me so much with this already. I am excited to continue my journey at this gym with Coach Spence and everyone that loves to come workout every week.

I dropped in short notice, and the owner/coach Spence welcomed me immediately. Nice crossfit box with plenty of room, and we had a great workout. Spence took his time with both warmups and technique, and the programming was great. I'll definitely be back, and need to give Wolfgang the Corgi more belly rubs.

I was dealing with several shoulder dislocations and a friend recommended to me to try CrossFit to strengthen my muscle imbalances. I searched for the best CrossFit gym on Google and here it is. Look no further. After two months of regularly attending classes, my shoulder has not bothered me since.From the attentive coaches, to the workout plans, to the friendly atmosphere-- this place is amazing. It changed my life.Thank you, Spenc and Brian!

POV: You've never done crossfit, and you haven't weight trained in years.I found CrossFit Undeniable through google a year and a half ago. Signed up for my first trial class and have been hooked ever since. Some things have changed since my first class though.Previously you needed to pay for the introductory course, I remember shelling out almost $300 for a 5 day camp on fundamentals, I was happy to pay it at the time, BUT NOW the fundamentals course is free. It's a great opportunity to put things into perspective on how mobile you are, how strong you are, and where your endurance is at. Starts light and builds to a great pace so you're ready for the first "real" class.I found it super easy to find role models throughout the gym in every class. It's intimidating at first, but everyone is super nice and just want your success. The member base here is what keeps me coming back. No offense to the coaching, because it is really exceptional here. I am not your dedicated crossfit guy that follows all the eating and protein guides. I show up, work hard, I interact as part of the team and gym, and I'm respectful. With this mentality I have managed to build some great friendships at CFU.There are frequent gym events like barbell or gymnastic clinics, community bbqs and way more.I have visited 6 or so other gyms in my year and a half of crossfit and I have to say the facility and coaching are always what stands out in my mind as to why I prefer this gym over others.Spencer, the owner, does a great job of keeping this gym in exceptional shape, and it's members feeling like part of a thriving and humble community.Love it here!

I love this gym. It has great coaches who pay attention to the little things that matter when it comes to improving. They make sure you move safely so you don't hurt yourself. They pay attention to everyone, not just the favorites like some gyms I've seen. I highly recommend this gym for all levels of athletes, from the beginner who knows nothing about fitness to the advanced who've been doing Crossfit for years.

Crossfit Undeniable has changed my life from the inside out. I am only about a year and a half into my journey as a crossfit athlete. As someone who values team sports, meditation, yoga and the arts, I went in to it doubtful that I would fit in. However, what I found out instead was this amazing practice filled with ever-changing challenges that are accessible to all kinds of humans, no matter their physical past, and which grow and evolve as they do. Even more amazingly is the emotional balance, pride and joy that it has added to just my every day life. I am so lucky to have found this gym first; because while other places may be equally cool regarding equipment, etc, the coaches and community here are what makes my soul happy every day that I choose to train. Come and train with us; invest in you! You won't regret it...
