Went for a phone upgrade. No prices on the display phones wanted to get the same phone my son has and they told it was $270 plus activation fee. was way out of my budget they told the cheapest phone was $170 plus fees I was due for a upgrade he said I was getting the best price.. I Got the phone I wanted on my cricket app for $69 plus $25 fee. I can see making some profit but a _$200 mark up is just greedy. Save your money and use the my cricket app

I have never had a good experience with the staff at this location. The female new staff always has a bad attitude, the last 3 times I had lost my phone and I need to new sim I went this location then tell her she can not do gave me new sim she does not know what the process why working customer service then next time my brother SIM card does not work then she gave my wife number new sim active then I talked to her why you do that you don’t know why working there then she made she told I can not do anything then I called customer service then they fixed please good managing customer service my time was weighted
