at this point Costco has mis-filled prescription, failed to notify about insurance with multimonth prescriptions
I have been told once they mis-filled a prescription to contact my insurance so they can tell me they wont do anything.
It is nearing time for a lawsuit

There have been multiple occasions that the staff went above and beyond to help me. I’ve never had a bad experience here and I’ve been using this pharmacy for myself, and my pets, for 8 years. I appreciate their professionalism and ability to manage tough crowds. The customer service is what sets this pharmacy apart from other pharmacies. Love these pharm-rockers!

Lots to say here but I'm a fan for life. My most recent purchase was a Lenovo Laptop that was sold on line at more than $100 less than regular retail. I also recommend their car purchase program. Myself and girlfriend have purchased two Mercedes Benz sedans through the program and both were awesome buying experiences. If interested, just go and check it out. We will only buy cars through Costco from now on. It's a no hassle process where you: pick the vehicle you want, set a dealer search distance that you want, (we choose 100 miles to see what was available and pricing}. You receive the quotes or bids from the dealerships, and you make the call from there. No calls no hassles. You pick the vehicle you want and go and pay and pick it up. You agree to the sale, bring the paperwork and drive off with your car. NOTE: there are no negotiations. The price quoted is the price you pay. Know that in advance. You may get several offers to select from and you proceed from there. I would suggest once you pick the vehicle you want, select the biggest search distance you can to get the best price. Sadly, I may still love the pizza as much or more as the car :). Seriously , checkit out. Recommend 100% Get a pizza too. Note: my experiences were in Southern California. I have not gone through the process here in Denver but will when the time comes.

the pharmacy tech Erin C was super helpful. after not having my script for over a month because of a national backorder, and nothing but problems at other pharmacies, i’ve been rather distressed. they no longer accepted the good rx discount cards for this prescription, and i was feeling at a lost for a moment. she said she took care of it (the cost) and her act of kindness doesn’t go unnoticed! truly

Super uncomfortable last few times. I recently switched pharmacies to a local King Soopers and they treat me so much better then these people. Costco was treating me like I was a criminal or something for my meds I've been taking for 5 years. I got into King Soopers and they are like leaps better all the way around.

Very disrespectful on the phone, they cut you off when you're talking. I put my RX request in on a Sunday through the app for my dog, called on a Monday and they said it would be ready in an hour. Never got the update that it was filled that day and the app said still processing. Called on Tuesday and they said it would be ready in 30 minutes then proceeded to tell me they didn't get the request until the day before (when I have proof in the app that I did it Sunday). Weird interaction - basically telling you you're wrong/cutting you off when it's clearly their system not working properly.

I give this place one star because the staff that you interact with when picking up your order have always been kind to me. However, when you call in and have questions about your prescription or are following up on a refill or need it moved from one store to another, they are SOOOOO rude. On top of that they say they are going to do something and they don't. I learned that the hard way. Guy said he would take care of transferring a prescription and he didn't, so showed up and prescription was not ready. Now I call ahead, get treated like I am bothering them and make sure that they have done their job, since clearly I can't trust them to do it the first time. And you know what about 50%+ of the time they haven't done it and I get to explain it all over again and hope they do it right this time. And yes I am thinking of trying another pharmacy, its just this is an easy place to pick up since I'm in Costco 1-2 times a week. I'd say pass on this place don't get yourself set up with them only to have to so someplace else after dealing with their incompetence and rudeness.

If I could give a negative star review I would. I called in hopes of refilling my dogs medication. I always use Costco for my dogs refills. I typically use the Arvada location though, after relocating this one was closer to home. When I got in touch with the pharmacist working she spoke over me, raising her voice the entire time. I provided the full name, spelling and the RX number. It was like pulling teeth just to get a sentence out. I asked if they did not share records between stores, she said they do. After repeating all my information again she said "well, it's not coming up." after being spoke over the entire conversation I was finally able to ask if I had to go to the same location that I always have. She was incredibly rude and impatient. she replied "no." Deciding the conversation wasn't going to get any better I told her I would call the Arvada one I always use and go there. Arvada'a location was able to find my dogs Medication immediately and even apologized for the other stores pharmacist. I understand everyone has bad days, personally I feel if you are working in medicine you need to at least try to be a little more sensitive and understanding.

The cashier Cheryl was beyond rude when I purchased something here on February 24th, 2023. It was my first time coming to this Costco and I gave her cash. I wanted to buy it with 14 dollars cash and the rest debit card. I managed to proceed to repeat to her and she kept talking to me sternly that she didn't understand. Well I didn't know what else to do because I didn't know how else to explain. Finally she understood, I apologized and she responded back "I didn't understand what you were saying". I apologized again and told her I don't like change, she didn't respond. She gave me my cash and didn't give it to my hand. She put it there on the table with the receipt, and didn't even say anything. Proceeded with the next member like I wasn't even there. I didn't make a scene I grabbed my money, my receipt, left and thanked her. Beyond bad etiquette, totally uncalled for and unnecessary. Not coming to this Costco again.

I was here today with my daughter and the woman who offered to box my groceries, Kim, had an attitude the whole time and was very rude to my daughter when she couldn't fit the boxes in the cart. My daughter mentioned that she would carry a box to ease the burden and Kim blatantly ignored her and smashed the box into the cart which crushed some of my groceries. After this, she kept giving me and my daughter dirty looks and was being very nasty. She had no reason to be like this and I definitely didn't appreciate it. Hopefully she can do better next time and lose the attitude.

Super uncomfortable experience. Felt disrespectful to be treated this way.Used to be great but there's just been too many times. It's just been off, enough for me to leave this review.They've messed up my refills many times. 1 being out or they forgot to fill. Where I've had to wait 30+ minutes. Even if I call in the day before to make sure it's in.They have made me outright feel uncomfortable to be there. I can only speculate about why.Even so, I don't deserve to be treated like that.
