Just called because I wanted to get a shot of my own medicine that I have been prescribed. Called to see how much they would charge. Figured it would be safer if the doctor did it instead of myself. They declined wanting to do that for me. No help from them. And by the way, I've had an urgent care facility give me the shot of my own medicine before. Pretty ridiculous.

It's been a horrible experience. It took them an hour just to get a drug screen, an hour to do a physical and I'm currently still sitting here in a room waiting for the doc to get cleared and be on my way. It's been about 20min. I will probably be stuck here till 5 at this rate. Do not come to this Concentra. Try the Boulder Location. They took about 20minoverall to get me a drug screen and out of there.

This place is to be avoided. If they call you for an interview...RUN...their ENTITY will attach themselves to your soul and drain you of your entire life...even after you quit or worked there for only one month! Donice and Laura are evil incarnate. If you have a question about your bill...CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!!

Can't actually speak to someone on the phone. If they can't solve a simple problem like answering the phone, I wouldn't trust them to treat me.
