Church Ranch Kindercare has been great for our family. The staff are friendly and provide a safe environment. My daughter loves it here.

My daughter has been going to Church Ranch kindercare for going on 2 and a half years, since she was 3 months old. The staff and director are friendly and caring. Every day when my wife or I pick up my daughter we ask her how her day was, she more often than not tells us "It was great!" They help potty train, teach, and more importantly keep your child safe. The app is a great tool that is updated regularly throughout the day to keep you informed of when they had a diaper change/used the toilet, what they've eaten and how much, and nap times. On top of that they upload pictures and cute videos throughout the day! Not having a support system to watch out daughter has truly made kindercare a blessing

Our son has been at Church Ranch KinderCare since he was 4.5 months old and our family has had a really wonderful experience there. We have loved working with all the staff and teachers. They have all made our first experience with daycare go really smoothly. Would recommend Church Ranch KinderCare to anyone who is looking for childcare in the Westminster area!

Started our twin boys here around 4 months old. Things were hectic at first as the center came under new management but Cherish has been great. She builds in weekly events, keeps parents updated and leaves out treats for the dads!Ms. Nas from infant care has also been amazing! Along with Seleen, we love them both!Sometimes clothes get mixed up but that’s understandable when dealing with so many infants. The only real frustration I have is that you pay for a 5-day week in advance. If the center is closed for a holiday, a teacher education and training day, shut down for weather or understaffed because too many teachers are sick, you can’t bring your children in. You still have to pay for the five days. I don’t know if this is typical for all daycare centers or not. But it can be incredibly frustrating with daycare being so expensive, and then having to take PTO in addition to paying the weekly fees when they are closed…especially with two boys enrolled. It’s important to note that this is KinderCare corporate policy, not a decision that’s made at the center level, so it wouldn’t be fair to blame this location itself.

As a mother, the safety and well-being of my daughter is paramount and at KinderCare Westminster we find it. The process to get me in was extremely easy, Cherish (the director) is always willing to answer all the questions that arise, the teachers are kind and very affectionate. Every day you receive a detailed report of the activities, meals and naps that take place. My daughter does not speak English and has a bilingual teacher who is very patient with her and gives me updates at the end of the day. We are very glad we chose KinderCare

I placed my child on the wait list in April and paid the refundable fee. The date of when there would be an opening kept changing which I understood. However I started to receive bills and late payment notices throughout July and August. I made numerous calls to the site to explain my child has never set foot in the school. The director couldn’t fix the problem because it had now gone to collections. I then called the district manager three times and never received a return call. I made a formal complaint to the regional manager and still no response. I feel they are incompetent and unresponsive and I would not trust them to care for my child or any child.

I placed my child on the waitlist in April and paid the "hold fee" which the director told me was refundable. The start date was extended several times due to staffing shortages and my child never attended a single day in the school. However I began receiving tuition bills and late notices in July through August. I called numerous times to the support line and to the new director at the center. Although she acknowledged they had never met my child she was unable to remedy the mistake since it now has gone to collections I made three calls to the district manager as well as a formal complaint to the regional manager. Never received a response. I found this organization incompetent and unresponsive. I would not trust them with my child or any child.

We love KinderCare on Church Ranch. They have welcomed our baby with open arms and love her like their own. As a first time mom, it's hard to let someone else care for your child but I wholeheartedly trust the staff. Our daughter's face lights up when she sees the staff and we get updates throughout the day. The new director (Claire) is amazing. So kind and on top of it. We'd recommend this center to everyone!

Unprofessional, unsafe, and not worth your time.We toured several places for our infant, and were lucky to get a slot at CR Kindercare, but it was later on that problems started to occur. In May we were told our start date and registered for enrollment. In late June I called the facility to confirm the date and make sure everything was in order. Multiple emails went unanswered. When I called I was informed that the center director had left, and the current director had no knowledge of my LO. We went back and forth for weeks before I was finally able to confirm the start date.On the start date....I was told I would be able to drop her off at anytime after 7am, and that the director would meet with us to confirm we had all her materials. We arrived at 8am...1. A child walking past the door opened it and told us (STRANGERS) we could come in. When we asked for the director we were told she wasn't there. We asked for an adult. Ten minutes later the child came back and said that no adult could come to the door, but to just come in. Again, we are strangers.2. Finally an adult did come to the door. They were visibly sick, and said they were feeling 'under the weather', but were wiping at their nose and coughing during our entire interaction.3. When walked to the infant room, we were greeted by the ONE caregiver. There were five babies in the room, and two more walked in while we were standing there. All five babies were crying. I totally understand that babies cry, I totally understand that a single caregiver may not be able to attend to them immediately - BUT the caregiver seemed unaffected and unfazed but the crying. It made us feel as though babies are just left to cry during the days.4. To top it all off, after months of back and forth, countless phone calls, multiple facility visits.... We weren't in the system. We will absolutely not be sending our LO there.

We started our oldest son (at 12w old) at Church Ranch KinderCare in the spring of 2018 and were so happy there. The majority of the staff were excellent (both with us as parents and with our little one) and communication was great. The culture inside the center felt welcoming and open, and we were very satisfied with our experiences. In the late spring of 2021, there were some changes that occurred that had a huge impact on the center and resulted in a massive upheaval of staff and overall trust. We were expecting our second child in the late summer and got to the point where it did not feel safe to stay (another review on this page highlights one of the incidents that occurred during this time, but there were others that prompted phone calls to regional directors and a lot of complaints). We were very lucky to find a placement for both of our kids at a KinderCare center nearby. This center was very welcoming to us and had an amazing staff, and we were so grateful to have another place to go. However, Church Ranch is our neighborhood daycare and we were always hoping to come back once certain personnel changes were made.We were able to return to Church Ranch in August of 2022 after some significant reorganization had occurred. The new center director is very dedicated and striving to bring the center back to what it was a couple of years ago. There are a few teachers that are still there from our previous time of attendance and they all have told me that the culture in the center is so much better and how everything is improving with a center director that cares. We have been really happy to be back at the center too, not only from a logistics standpoint for our life but also to be with staff that truly care about these children and want to help them learn and grow.Yes, this center has had a pretty terrible year and things happened that were stressful and horrible, things that never should have occurred! The relevant players in those incidents are all gone now. We are a family that left and came back, and I wanted to share that this is a great place to work again and our kids are doing well and so happy. The center director and the teaching staff are truly wonderful and we are glad to be part of the Church Ranch family again.Note: the review is showing my post from California but I am in Colorado!

This childcare center is horrible. They treat staff like trash especially new hires they have lack of communication. There kitchen is gross and has ants where children are served food. It’s definitely not a sanitary place. There new director has no idea what she is doing and they honestly don’t care about their employees just about the money.

My child was physically assaulted by a teacher at this center. The assault took place on a Friday, was witnessed by staff member, and KinderCare waited until midday the following Monday to notify me of the assault. Upon removing my child from their care, they proceeded to charge my credit card even though a staff member assaulted my child. Do not put your child in their care! The leadership team has not taken any accountability for the abuse of children at this center and have attempted to quiet the issue by terminating a teacher while keeping the same leaders in place.

Our daughter is currently enrolled in the discovery class at Church Ranch KinderCare. She has been going here since October of last year and she has blossomed so much. She is learning new things every day, she comes home eager to show off her new songs, sentences, tells us all about her friends she has made, and so much more! She was just starting off with potty training when she arrived and is now fully trained and out of her diapers. Her confidence has soared, she is extremely social, and loves all of her teachers. Every time we go to pick her up, she never wants to leave. That alone says it all! We as parents are also extremely impressed with the curriculum at KC, the activities offered, the high level of interest and genuine care the staff has for every family they connect with, among so many other things. We highly recommend them!

My son has been here since he was 3 months old and he is almost 1 now. He loves going and we really enjoy the transparency of teachers and caregivers.
