I visited this location for a possible place to move my business into. It's not good for what we do but, these units are awesome! Large garage door openings and large, modern spaces. If I could make it work I would but, it's not very close to a main road and I require a bit more visibility. I can see this being great for a lawyer's office, maybe graphics design business or an architect and his/her employees. I knew of a small gym that was even in here. Really great location for those not needing a ton of visibility. It is visible off of the road it is on, however and very easy to get to. It's located in a industrial area and backs up to a residential area. Plenty of parking for employees/customers.

I can certainly attest to Marie and her superior business which is successful due to the uncompromising work ethic, sincerity, and market savvy of Marie. I may not have purchased or sold a house with the Callaway Group (yet!), but have worked there for a short time, enough to be a part of the exceptional and unparalleled professionalism and commitment that Marie provides and takes on personally. In addition, for several years now, I've observed and witnessed why clients continue to maintain contact, often because they willingly transform from client to friend.

I've had the pleasure of knowing Marie personally and professionally for many years. She strives to really understand what her clients are looking for and does a wonderful job of really listening to their needs. Additionally, she understands that change can be difficult and is incredibly kind and patient through the process. She also educates her clients so they understand the reasoning behind the process.
