I did a personal styling appointment and it was a blast!! Erin and Gianna helped me so much and I tried styles I never would have in the past. I am beyond happy with the service and my haul! It was like shopping with girlfriends

Went in to treat myself for some much needed retail therapy! I knew what I needed but didn't know I'd get such awesome help today. Sara and AmberLynn were friendly and helpful; Sara was super informative which helped a usual bra shopping experience more than exceptional. She fitted me gave some suggestions and made changes when needed. I've never had such an in depth bra shopping experience but was super pleased I stopped in today.

The customer service at this store is just horrible. I can be the only person in the store with 3 employees talking about weekends plans and no one will stop to assist me. However! Mona is absolutely amazing!!!! I will only shop for bras when she's working. The clothing itself is so boring. Now that LB has stopped selling the only bra I like, I probably won't be back.

I accidentally signed up for a credit card when I was under the impression that it was a rewards card. Called costumer service TWICE and they didn't help me at all. Horrible business will never buy from again.
