Bought a new computer. While they were friendly and knowledgeable, the first Best Buy I went to didn't have it. But they found it at the Westminster location (the one I'm reviewing). So at the first Best Buy I was able to pay for everything and by the time I got to the Westminster Best Buy, the friendly and smiling staff at that location had everything ready and waiting on me. Great company with great employees!

It's good that they exist as stores, it's already difficult, it's necessary to stay online, it's difficult to get into the emotion of observing and selecting. These are things that the spirit and attraction come together, contact with what you want and desire cannot disappear.

Purchase a TV two weeks ago and scheduled delivery. First, the TV was advertised online for less money, the store manager was not willing to adjust the price. We agreed to move forward with the purchase anyway and scheduled the delivery for today 6/1. I received a phone call moment's ago letting me know the TV isn't ready for delivery and would be pushed back until 6/8.
Purchasing Best Buy programs that pay for delivery and install is a waste of money. They can't honor the services they sell you on.
Calling the day of delivery to cancel is unacceptable. We made arrangements to be here with our schedule and we're told the morning of delivery it won't happen. Now we're expected to rearage our schedule for them, again.

They have you pay for it, and they send you to another store to pick it up.
