I first started buying food from mutts before it became part of Bentleys. And I loved the store. The people who worked there were extremely helpful. But when Bentleys took over some of their rules for ordering their product changed. And it made it more difficult to get what I need. I like the new manager Meghan very much. She was energetic and helpful and friendly. But some of the other staff there are not. They answer my questions. They do what they need to do, but they're just not as helpful. one in particular had small dogs that would bark loudly when entering the store. They were puppies so I understood, but found it odd. Not that there were Animals in the store but ones who were not trained well yet. I had made up my mind to not go there anymore, because I don't like how Bentleys orders their food.. Too many times I have gone in there and what I needed wasn't there and I would have to wait and order it. There are two employees that are there and have been there for a while, but there is a huge turnover of managers. And I'm wondering why?

I went to the Muttz today to get some dog food for my very picky dog Bella. I had the privilege of meeting their new manager Megan!! What an amazing person she is!! She is not only extremely friendly, but so knowledgeable as well!! Megan made great recommendations for Bella!! I will shop there all the time because of Megan!! I also got to meet her dog Anya!! What a loving sweet dog!!

We need specific cat food for our picky male cat with UTI tendencies and not only will Muttz order it for us but they also started keeping it in stock just for us. They remember us by name too. Just love the customer service here!

Muttz has been a great place to get pet supplies for years. The people are super friendly and helpful. They also have a very large variety of food and treats. If they happen to be out of something they will call me when it comes in. It's easy to be a fan of Muttz and I expect to keep going there for years to come.

So I think everything is overpriced and I got my dog a little cupcake that was a size of a pinky and it was 5 dollars then I exchanged it for a cookie after. And the cashier lady made me pay an extra 30 cents. Plus the cookie was 3.00 And she was giving me bad Aditude and was ignoring most customers. The cashier lady was really rude. I will not be visiting muttz agian

We love to walk here and pick up snacks with/for our pup - lots of toys and snacks and dog food to choose from. Really friendly team that works here too ☺️ This weekend they had a fun seasonal photo booth. #supportlocal
