Naomi needs to be removed from her management position - 92nd Branch.
She has zero Customer Service skills. She is unprofessional, unfriendly, rude, and SOOO much more! I have been with this bank through all of their name changes for 30 years. I am quite sick of her attitude every time we go in. I will be removing ALL of my accounts. She's done this repeatedly to several family members as well. She should be terminated IMMEDIATELY.

Ever since bmo took over bank of the west they have been going downhill fast. I wouldn't recomend bmo to my worst enemy. The app is useless. The branches are rude. The whole company is a joke.

This is a previously under fire Canadian bank, do your homework,Dec 28 went in to open an account,the Karen behind the desk says sorry no one here to open accounts, better pull those expensive tv ads, no one’s laughing now, I went to first bank, a real American bank!!

The worst most uninviting bank I have ever been to. There were only two tellers and one seemed so disinterested in service, while the other tried helping but didn't know the answers to any banking questions. Will not be banking here.

The worst bank. Unable to withdraw rent /bill money because they do planned maintenance during business hours. Every time I go into the bank there are other customers having account issues. Stopped keeping money in my account for obvious reasons and was charged a fee in which I had to pay in order to close the account.

Teresa was delightful and a huge help. I left BOW because my wife and I wanted to consolidate accounts. Even though we weren't going to be customers any longer Teresa was nothing but sweet.

The customer service has really gone downhill at this location over the last couple of years. I’ve banked with Bank of the West for 27 years and today they wouldn’t accept my $40 in quarters because they don’t have a coin counter. I even offered to count the coins for them and they said no. SUPER upset and will probably close my account due to this incident. Terrible customer service!!!

I would rate this bank zero if I could, I had a fraudulent transaction on my account so I called and disputed the charge and requested a new debit card to be sent, during that time of a new card to be mailed and received I called to activate the new card and found out my account was closed and charged off to collections, this is completely against best practices and my account was not used as I was waiting for new debit card and unable to make a deposit due to not having a working debit card as I reported mine being used fraudulently and there business hours to make an in person deposit as they close at 3pm due to staffing, I am at work during the time they open and close!!! Completely unacceptable especially with a dispute going on!!!

Have 2 checking accounts. You can only have 1 debit card. Confused addresses when opening accounts. Travel weekly for work. They deny charges out of state every time due to potential fraud. Can't state you travel with work; therefore, you must have a denied charge then go to your email and text to approve charge --every time. Had to phone customer service, on hold 1 hour, took 30 minutes to explain issue, their computer shut down and we had to redo process. They charge $3.00 to transfer $ to an external checking account. They charge for EVERYTHING. Closing account. It's a total sh** show

The ATM has been broken (? “Transactions are not available at this ATM”) for at least a month without any signage explaining—and it only boots you out at the very end of the transaction. Such a waste of time. The first two times I assumed it was just a glitch and waited a few weeks before returning—still has the exact same error, still no sign.

I have banked with these guys for over 15 years, about 14 years too long. The main reason I am leaving is because they repeatedly shut off my debit card claiming possible fraud then refuse to answer my phone call when trying to get it turned back on. I have been stranded for hours with no gas and unfortunately they don't have enough employees to answer phones and none of the online services work from replacing my card to unlocking my current card. Somehow it is not theft to take all my paychecks and then not grant me access or answer my phone calls. I guess I will send an email and wait 10-12 buisness days. Garbage financial institution.
