Took our Honda Ridgeline in for the recall notice. Staff was all very friendly and welcoming. Service advisor was efficient, friendly and got us checked in at the scheduled time. We usually brace for additional recommended service but were pleasantly surprised when the truck was returned without any suggested extra service. Service center is very clean and staff very helpful.

I had an oil change and tire rotation performed last week. My service representative was Nicholas. He was very pleasant and professional…as well as quick. Work was done in a timely manner. I’ll return for future service needs.

I had a 1pm appointment on December 5th 2024. It was for a recall on my 2024 Honda HRV for the steering. They couldn't get to it, I called over there about 4:30pm. They kept it overnight. The next day I called over there at 11am. I had a hard time getting a hold of a human. When I finally did, they told me that my car was ready. Nobody bothered to call me to let me know that my car was ready. I live 21 miles away. If you can't fix it when I have a appointment let me know if someone called in sick or whatever. My friend that's also my neighbor had a appointment for the same reason. She bought hers a week ahead of me. Her appointment was on the 11th. After driving all that way, she was told that they ran out of the parts to fix it. They should have called her!

Everyone that I worked with at AutoNation Honda was very nice and helpful. They really helped me get into a car I loved, and worked with me to get it for the price I was looking for. I am very happy with my experience there.

TL;DR Good people, but super long waiting times. Don't expect to do anything else with your day.
Getting prepared beforehand with all of my loan info and down payment in hand, and arriving at 930am on a Saturday. I walk in and instantly helped by Sal. After a quick test drive of the vehicle I knew I wanted, we began the buying process. From start to finish, even with Sal being a great help, it took almost 6 hours to finish the process. The finance office was having computer issues that extended the time needlessly. And everything just took forever.

Mike was great kept me in the loop of my car and work hard to fix the problem Lindsey is wonderful she help me when my key broke in my car and work hard to get my car back asap so far Auto Nation has been good to me

I worked with Nico, and he was very responsive as we waited for the car I wanted to be delivered. On the day of purchase he helped things move along quickly and also helped us locate a place to return our rental car.
