“I owned 2004 Ford F-150 Triton Engine and Ford had a recall on air bags on the trucks. At Longmont Ford I made an appointment for the recall, so with 105,000 miles and running good they recommended that my spark plugs should be replaced before they seized up as they have a history of doing this. I researched the spark plug problem and went back to Longmont Ford to get the Plugs changed. $385.00 was the bill and a brand new spark plug for the number 3 spark plug chamber that could not be removed unless I was willing to pay for an intake removal, discounted at $580.00. Lost arguments with Ford about a free intake removal and so my Dad suggested Perlmack, as he is a dedicated customer to Perlmack Auto Repair. I had no clue at the time were or what to do. I talked to the owner of Perlmack Auto Service about my problem and he talked me into leaving the Truck with him. within two days he called me to tell me he was successful in removing the spark plug that Ford motors Techs in Longmont could not remove also that the Spark Plug Ford gave me turned out to be a bad Plug!!!! P.S. My bill was $105.00 that included timing and a new spark plug.”

“I brought in a Town & Country that didn't want to start in Park or Neutral. I had exhausted all the diagnostics I could. Scanning for codes produced nothing, therefore it wasnt the TIPM, the PCM, or the TRS solenoid pack in the tranny; all of which produce a DTC of their own. I was able to jump the starter but not enough to start it. I brought it in out of frustration. Anna, being a very intelligent and well informed lady, quickly earned my confidence and I decided to let them run their own diagnostics. It was determined my starter motor crapped out and after some deliberation on my part I reluctantly went ahead with it. When I picked it up the next day it started right up and I got home w/no issues. Later that eve it would not start in Park again. They offered a free tow but I was done for the day (Im retired). The next morning it started right up no issues. I took it back in for their review, but not since has it faltered, for them or for me. It would seem, outside the one burp, its doing well for now. The tech gave me a very thorough inspection report w/photos. Their service was top notch. It felt almost like I had drifted back to the sixties when service truly meant something; which is a deja-vu I can live with! Many thanks.”

“Lucas was a pleasure to deal with. I noticed my PSI was lower than normal. Looked in my tire and I saw a pretty big screw. Called them and was able to get a quote over the phone for a patch repair. I luckily had enough air to make it over there. They noticed two more nails in my tire. I spent less than 20 minutes there and they gave me the best deal ever. “I called MMP Christmas Eve and scheduled an appointment for the day after Christmas to have a Magna flow muffler installed on my 95 Chevy S-10. I came in and dropped off my truck.
The staff was very kind and it only took them an hour to do the installation. It was really fast! I’m super happy with the results.
My truck was so loud due to a rusted out muffler and would rattle and backfire. It’s much more quiet it sounds like a whole different truck ? and it didn’t put a huge dent in my bank account it was very reasonable. I definitely would Recommend using this company
