This was the most clean and organize thrift store I have been to. The staff was also very kind and helpful. We will be back. :)

Arc used to be my favorite thrift store but they’ve recently doubled the pricing for everything and it was already kinda pricey to begin with. This is supposed to be a nonprofit organization for the community and sustainability yet the prices cost almost the same if not more than new clothes.

I shop at the Arc thrift store multiple times a month. Usually it's later in the evening and the night staff is extremely friendly. Even when I come in later they take the time to show me things in the case never making me feel rushed. The staff is knowledgeable about their products, and will even help me try and find that special something, but I've been looking for. Kate always greets me by name, and always has something nice to say. Although, sometimes crowded, I constantly see the staff cleaning and straightening up the aisles. Keeping the store, clean and organized for the guest. The donation drop off is easy, and there's always someone there to help you. They even have a food donation area, helping local food banks.

Whoever does the pricing is so out of touch!! Most items priced here you can get new for the same price or less on amazon. I've mentioned this to them several times... Obviously it falls on def ears. Go to a different one. Don't waste your time.

As an avid thrifter, I will never come here again. We all know prices went up everywhere. Shirts that used to be $1.99 are now $3.99 at most thrift stores. However this store in particular took it to a whole new level. Here are some fine examples.Juicy Couture boots that I already once purchased brand new from Ross for $14, a whopping $18.99 at your local Arc, extreme wear on them too!Sweatpants with a brown stain on the butt, $14.99Basic Stranger Things T shirt that sold $13 brand new for $7.99.& I wish the Arc would stop treating Victorias Secret/PINK like it’s a luxury brand. Extremely faded, torn & beat up sweater for $8.99.I usually shop at the Arc in Northglenn & the one in Thornton, both of those are much different with their price ranges. There is absolutely no reason any t shirt (THAT YOU GOT FOR FREE) should be priced any higher than $5. Used beanies were priced at $6. That’s insanity. Housewares were mostly priced okay. Most of the workers were kind except the older lady with black hair that kept pushing through customers without saying excuse me because she was in a hurry putting items on shelves. Toy section was a disaster, I know that’s partially to blame on parents who let their kids destroy it but more than half of it was the stuffed animals I could tell employees placed on the ground in a tiny walkway. The shelves were jam packed already so I know they didn’t fall from there. With all that being said, I’ll stick to the other Arc stores that aren’t trying to make a fortune on donated items.

prices are way too high. companies seem to be forgetting that they are THRIFT stores meant for people who can’t afford retail. people are gracious enough to donate it to you, please be gracious enough to sell it at a reasonable price.

Saturdays are the 50% off days. There was good signage throughout about the colored tags on sale. Great signage at the door too. I’d recommend visiting early before the store gets picked over on Saturdays.

Employees are extremely rude, I was followed around the store and ultimately asked what I was doing? Extremely Rude and Confrontational. Very overpriced as well. Be prepared if visiting this location,to be followed, stared at ,and spend lots of money, on overpriced, donated items!

Large with lots of things to look through. Great book section. Not much in the art section, but housewares and furniture had a great selection with some quality finds. The women's clothing section was a little confusing with how things were organized, but I was still able to find some nice items. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Posted on the entrance of the store it says 50% on Saturday’s. No specifications on the sign. Typically there will be signs indicating which colored tags aren’t included, except there aren’t any throughout the store. I’m not sure if customers are supposed to guess what’s excluded or how they expect anyone to know. I’ve been here twice, and both times, the cashiers have been short and direct about the sales. No explanation or apology for having to wait in a line that’s 30 minutes long only to find out that everything I chose to purchase isn’t included in the half off sale. Do your customers a favor and HAVE SIGNAGE.
