If you think this Arc has fair prices…. VISIT ANOTHER ARC! Absolutely insanity here. A kids mini (toddler size) plastic wagon with a broken wheel $9.99…. Used books with obvious wear and tear with a brand new price tag for $9.99 Arc’s price $7.99… A dog stuffed animal $8.99…a majorly cracked Pooh Bear trinket box $12.99. I could go on. I left with a handful of things and absolutely not be returning to this Arc location. I regularly shop at the Arcs located on 72nd & Pecos, 88th & Washington and 120th & Washington and their prices are nowhere near what this place does. Absolutely delusional to charge so much for stuff you got for free. And then have the nerve to ask if I wanna round up my total. Nope I absolutely do not want to. Greedy greedy greedy.

Love thrifting and hadn't been to this Arc yet.
Selection & organization are decent, but sizes don't hang in their accurate section (or are often mislabeled). Pricing is all over the place (mostly high-ish). Don't expect the 50% off color-tags to be on anything but leftovers.
Whoever does the general pricing here does not know their retail / brands / stuff? New beautiful ModCloth skirts for $6,99 while a ripped & faded children's legging from Target is priced at $4,99? Totally inconsistent.

The men's section was suuuper picked over and I couldn't find anything nice except a silly hat for a joke gift. I was stunned by the prices they are asking for clothes. They are selling costco clothes for the same as retail, and anything name brand is seemingly marked up sky high. Probably not coming back to this one. My dad's gonna love his new hat though.

Stupidly over priced. Recently seems like they keep going up in price. Saturdays sales arent even worth it because they just put the one color tag that isnt on sale on most things.

Go to goodwill for good customer service. I’m tired of trying to be nice and I’m met with rude staff members. Today I was donating my stuff and no one was there to help so I start putting my stuff out there nicely mind you. Other people starting doing the same. The guy came out and told us we couldn’t donate appliances which I took back and put it back in my car. After I got in my car I was met with him throwing the stuff I just donated and glaring at me like I did something wrong. If you can’t be out helping people who are waiting around then don’t get mad. I took it to goodwill off 80th and met with much nicer people and even asked before hand if they could take it

This was the most clean and organize thrift store I have been to. The staff was also very kind and helpful. We will be back. :)

Arc used to be my favorite thrift store but they’ve recently doubled the pricing for everything and it was already kinda pricey to begin with. This is supposed to be a nonprofit organization for the community and sustainability yet the prices cost almost the same if not more than new clothes.

As an avid thrifter, I will never come here again. We all know prices went up everywhere. Shirts that used to be $1.99 are now $3.99 at most thrift stores. However this store in particular took it to a whole new level. Here are some fine examples.
Juicy Couture boots that I already once purchased brand new from Ross for $14, a whopping $18.99 at your local Arc, extreme wear on them too!
Sweatpants with a brown stain on the butt, $14.99
Basic Stranger Things T shirt that sold $13 brand new for $7.99.
& I wish the Arc would stop treating Victorias Secret/PINK like it’s a luxury brand. Extremely faded, torn & beat up sweater for $8.99.
I usually shop at the Arc in Northglenn & the one in Thornton, both of those are much different with their price ranges. There is absolutely no reason any t shirt (THAT YOU GOT FOR FREE) should be priced any higher than $5. Used beanies were priced at $6. That’s insanity. Housewares were mostly priced okay. Most of the workers were kind except the older lady with black hair that kept pushing through customers without saying excuse me because she was in a hurry putting items on shelves. Toy section was a disaster, I know that’s partially to blame on parents who let their kids destroy it but more than half of it was the stuffed animals I could tell employees placed on the ground in a tiny walkway. The shelves were jam packed already so I know they didn’t fall from there.
With all that being said, I’ll stick to the other Arc stores that aren’t trying to make a fortune on donated items.

I shop at the Arc thrift store multiple times a month. Usually it's later in the evening and the night staff is extremely friendly. Even when I come in later they take the time to show me things in the case never making me feel rushed. The staff is knowledgeable about their products, and will even help me try and find that special something, but I've been looking for. Kate always greets me by name, and always has something nice to say. Although, sometimes crowded, I constantly see the staff cleaning and straightening up the aisles. Keeping the store, clean and organized for the guest. The donation drop off is easy, and there's always someone there to help you. They even have a food donation area, helping local food banks.
