DO NOT PURCHASE FROM APPLIANCE FACTORY OUTLET, ALL LOCATIONS!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME, ENERGY, AND HEADACHE! We purchased a washer machine from them WITH a warranty. The computer board went out. We waited a month even for a technician to come out for 5 minutes just to tell us the part had to be ordered. Their 3rd party warranty company is PRODUCT PROTECTION PLUS. We've been going to a laundromat for 3 months, on our dime, which we were told would not be reimbursed! And still can not get any answers or time frame on Repair or replacement only F***ed up customer service!! We are filling a complaint with the better business bureau and are looking into other legal options, and we will expose this company!!

found out why the parking lot was empty in the middle of the day-$170.00 for a part i found online for $18? Same part- condenser fan for a refrigerator name brand, warranty-$18. Do shop the prices you're quoted here

The installation service was poor and downright sloppy. Both guys could have been friendlier. They reeked of cigarette smoke and stunk up our house. Left a mess in our laundry room. Pushed our dryer out of place, which was not necessary at all given how much room they had. Dropped something really heavy on the floor that could have caused serious damage. Left the water running in the new washing machine, walked away, and left without a word. There is a small puddle of water underneath the new machine, and we can't figure out why. Also, it's ridiculous that they scooted the new machine all the way up our driveway through the ice and snow before finally putting it on a dolly when they reached the porch. We even shoveled! We should be refunded for the installation! So unprofessional and sketchy. This is what our hard earned money paid for. Do not buy from here. What a rip-off! They will just hire any guy off the street to do the job.

Needed a part for a dishwasher that is in the mountains 2.5 hours away. I asked if I could return the part if was not right and Dante says absolutely. the part was not right and I was told, not by Dante, I would do it for you but the computer won't let me. Is anybody else sick of hearing "I can only do what the computer tells me"

A very professional company, serving both the public and the inside network of professional appliance men. Despite trucking shortages, these days, the company has been able to provide all the parts my son and i were looking for for a microwave and an oven. And all is rather arranged conveniently on the telephone. Pickup is then quite rapid, your parts awaiting you. A clever, well-organized business.

Absolutely the worst!! Appliance Factory parts staff incompetent. Ordered a washing machine part on Tuesday. They said it would be a day to get. 4 days later..... Still no part. Always an excuse!. Save yourself the stess and hassle and order on-line.Prices are comparable and ships in few days. Will never.use again!

Great customer service and easy to get the part I needed. I just can't help but to think I was overcharged for a part that costs half of that elsewhere. The price wasn't on the part itself so it seemed a little sneaky when the total came up on a computer screen. I will probably go elsewhere for parts in the future.
