The place I usually get my car washed closed, so I came here for the first time today. I have a Honda fit. Chose the express detail and was told it would be $60. When I went to check out a few minutes later when someone came into the waiting area, he tried to charge me $70, saying I have an SUV. I assumed he wasn't familiar with my car, so I described it to him by saying "it's a very small hatchback that weighs about a ton." He again said it would be $70 as they consider that an SUV. So my tiny car costs as much as an F 150 to wash? Hilarious. He said he could do the $44 wash that's one level down instead. Sure. In what world is a Honda fit an SUV?
There are also several more scratches on my car after the wash. And it's not clean. It looks like they dragged something along one side.

LET ME TELL YOU HOW INCREDIBLE THIS PLACE IS!
I am an out of towner, and have been on the road for 2 weeks with 2 other people, and two huge dogs. There was more fur in that car than on the entire body of Sasquatch. Mud, sand, dog slobber, debris of every kind in every single nook and cranny of that little SUV.
I shamelessly know how disgusting my car was, so even with a huge tip it was less than $100, and completed in under an hour. I wish I had more money on me to tip them even more. BECAUSE THEY WORKED LITERAL MAGIC!
I don’t think my car has been this clean since I’ve purchased it. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

They did a decent job, if you say you're going to open at 9a then you should open at 9a The guy(no idea if he was manager, owner, some trusted employee) with keys showed up at 913a didnt really open till 925-930.

This was my first time at Rain Dance. The staff was friendly and I can tell the wash crew are hard workers and take pride in their work.
I did experience damage unfortunately. The uv coating on the inside of the driver side window is scratched significantly. I don't know what they would have done to cause this, but I'm hoping that management will rectify. When they do, I will update this review.
Response to owners response: This is a new-to-me truck and I've never had a dog in the vehicle.

Staff were friendly, service was fast, outside of the car looked great, but as soon as I looked into my center console area, the guy who i'm assuming finished up my car saw me looking into it and said "Sorry about the cup holders, we did our best" Did you?? Because -even though i hate cleaning, which is why i take my car to pay people to clean it- I did a better job wiping the area down with a dry napkin in ten seconds. My car was a mess, it's whatever, but I definitely didn't get my 60 dollars worth, considering a target area i pointed out before he even got into my car was barely even touched. Friendly staff though, lobby was well kept, I probably won't be back for any interior cleaning though.

My first time stopping in today and the service was quick and friendly! My car needed a good cleaning both inside and out and I was not disappointed! They offer a good range of car wash packages to choose from to fit your needs as well as a good assortment of smell goods for your car :) Will be going back and would recommend!
