Although they didn't have what I wanted in stock, the sales person was able to locate it and was willing to have it shipped in. The owner, Jake, was actually in the store, and I was able to talk to him about old times and the first time we had met.

My wallet slipped out when I sat down on something and Estela did all she could to reach out and make sure to let me know she had it. They’re great helpful people. I wouldn’t even call them sales people because they are not pushy at all. We’ll be back to purchase.

we purchased a sectional that was back ordered and opted for delivery. shopping was fun and easy with the amazing selection and great prices, we found something we loved. purchasing was easy and the great salesman Robert walked us through the whole process. the delivery went as smooth as possible, they arrived early and called me to let me know in advance, and were in and out very quickly, set up everything, i didn’t have to lift a finger! they were very aware of their surroundings and were very careful of my door and walls. i am so satisfied, highly recommend!!

Tracey helped make our experience in the showroom very quick and smooth. She saw us shopping the arm chairs and approached us with a friendly greeting before making the sale. Basil assisted us with the loading portion for the chair we purchased. He realized within 30 seconds it would fit in the sedan out of the box and safely placed it inside the car. Our experience was made awesome because of those two employees! It is also worth mentioning there are some home accessories right when you walk in for as little as a few dollars to add the perfect accent to a large or small room. We will 100% visit again soon!

It's a fun shopping experience, lots of variety and nicely laid out! I've always had friendly and helpful staff at this location anytime we've come here in the past 5 years. The furniture is very stylish and durable, no issues with anything we've bought here from office chairs to tables and sofas. I use this location for home and business purchases and I highly recommend them for any furniture needs.

Bought $2,200 sectional couch here about a year ago. 3 months in, the arm test collapsed as I leaned on it to get up. I called the warehouse to tell them and commented that it crumbled as if it was made with cardboard and the associate said, “actually it is.” They did end up taking it back to fix it, but this has stuck with me ever since.In addition, less than 6 months in, the couch began pilling terribly. When I contacted them about it, they said to get a carpet shaver tool off Amazon and that after a few uses the pillingWould stop. It never stopped and eventually the couch material ripped in multiple places and the filling began coming out. Very cheap and disappointing.I am now a year out from purchasing this expensive couch and the cushions sag in the middle of the couch so you sink inward towards the edge of each cushion. It’s very uncomfortable to sit on.Overall, this very expensive couch has proven to be incredibly cheap and now I will have to buy another couch after only a year of owning it. Would not recommend shopping here unless you are hoping to spend way too much money and end up replacing it within a year or two.

Lots of great furniture all brands and price. They have everything for your house. The sale people here are very friendly and welcoming. If you just say your just looking they will leave you alone to browse. Definintly worth visiting.

So this place had a large selection of well made sturdy somewhat overpriced furniture. To be honest with all the exciting new furniture trends from barbie core to LED decor etc you would think they would want to get in on that and maybe offer a few colorful, modern and/or trendy items.Don't get me wrong I love my vanity but I really would have liked to see some of the really bright colors that are so popular right now . Oh and the process to actually pick up and LOAD your furniture was super stressful and tiring. I took a picture of the sun setting because we arrived early afternoon and that's how long it took after we paid for my vanity to get to the front of the pick up line

I am so very happy with my latest purchase. I was looking for a new look for my living room and purchased an Ashley sectional and it is perfect. I have purchased many pieces from AFWfor my home over the years, desks for my home office, dining room furniture and living room pieces and have enjoyed them all!!! There is one salesman I always seek out, Dan Hadley. He is personable, funny and extremely knowledgeable and always points me in the direction of exactly what I am looking for. I am ever grateful for him! :) He is such an asset to the organization.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!We bought a bedroom set here. We paid several thousand for it. The bedframe cracked and broke after just a few months. Further more, we bought a mattress here. It is 3-4 years old, and so uncomfortable now from the sleep impressions we don't even sleep on it. If we do we get terrible lower back pain. The whole thing bows in and makes us roll on top of each other in the center.Upon learning about the warranty on the mattresses, we had a tech out to look at it. Our claim was denied because the impressions weren't deep enough, and then our warranty voided due to a small stain on the mattress I could probably clean off. This place is an absolute joke!Taking my business else where and I recommend you do the same. The furniture here is absolute trash.

We worked with Ray. We went into the store knowing exactly what we wanted; we just needed to pay and set up delivery. We took an item home that day in our own vehicle and paid for it separately, yet Ray charged us the delivery fee. The extremely rude girls at the front desk said they would transfer the money paid for the delivery to the order for the items actually being delivered. Then when we went to pay it still showed a delivery fee so before we submitted payment we asked for a correction to the bill and they told us there was an increase of $103 for the delivery fee. I've enjoyed shopping at AFW for my furniture needs but this location is terrible!! We spoke to several different employees and every single person gave us different prices for their delivery fees ranging between $80-$125. We were quoted higher delivery rates the closer we got to our zipcode. The shady employees we worked with are the only reason we took our business elsewhere.Be careful if you shop here and pay attention to what they charge you because they still have not refunded my $83.

Made a couch purchase in March, was told because it was a special order it would take approximately 8 weeks. I have been nothing but patient and waited 9 weeks with no update. Called in and the sales associate advised that the couch should be in mid-June. Well I waited late June and still no update, called back yesterday and now I'm being told that the couch won't be here until august. I paid over 2,000 for the couch and have been more than patient. If they don't have whatever you want in stock, i recommend not purchasing from them. Absolutely ridiculous to wait 5 months for a couch that I still do not have.

TL/DR - Don't buy a couch from here. The prices may be decent. However, the quality is very poor, and the customer service is awful.We have purchased two couches from AFW now, and I very much regret buying the second. The first couch, which we had for about 3 years, lost all support in the springs in the base to the point where it felt like you were sitting in a hole on certain parts of the couch. We chalked it up to us getting a lemon and that it had lived a shorter than normal life.We decided to purchase a new couch from AFW in January 2023, and at first, we loved it. However, after about a month, it became clear that the cushions were not filled with "high quality foam" as advertised. After only a few months, the cores of the cushions that came with the couch have already begun to deteriorate to the point that they are now so unsupportive that you would assume we've had this couch for 10 years. It is unacceptable for a $2000 purchase to be in this poor shape after a few months. For those wondering, we are not big people, and we have spent a marginal amount of time sitting on this couch.Have we talked to customer support or reviewed the warranty? You bet! Very unhelpful so far. AFW sent out a technician to review the condition of the couch, and their solution is to replace one cushion core from the manufacturer. Just one. Despite the fact that they are all filled with the same subpar foam and are all deteriorating very rapidly, AFM decided on one core because it was more compromised than the rest.So, if you want to pay for an expensive couch that you will have to pay additional money to have repaired after only minimal usage, then AFW is the place for you.*Update 05/26/2023*We have continued to pursue some sort of the resolution and have responded to the requests from the owner with no response. It is frustrating and tedious to be in a situation where you spend a large amount of money for a subpar product and no recourse from the seller. If you made it this far in the review, I would strongly warn you against buying anything from this company.**Update 06/08/2023**AFW has responded saying they have never heard from us saying that their is no case number for our order. We replied with the case number from a previous email and have had radio silence since. I'm not sure which is worse, keeping such poor records that you can't keep track of open inquiries or being so unprofessional that you lie about it?***Response to owners update 06/09/2023***It's great to finally hear back from AFW! I'd advise you to also check your junk mail. My wife has been communicating with customer-service since the beginning of this process. On May 17, she replied with the images customer service requested. Then, on May 25, she emailed again as there had been no response. The last we heard from AFW was May 27, in which they said they had not received photos and didn't know the case number, to which my wife responded she did not remember the case number but had done all correspondence through that email. Then nothing, radio silence from AFW.. We went ahead and Re-sent all the images and info of our case number to customer service today. While not as effective as email, it's great to finally hear back from AFW!
