I wish I could put zero stars. Ordered a refrigerator from them a week ago today and yet to get it. The delivery service they use is beyond ridiculous. They are rude, unprofessional, said they would call me back and never did. The 3rd party delivery company is rude also. If you spend over $2,000 on a fridge you should be able to use it!!! Worst ever!!! I have been calling the Westminister location and they do not answer. No way of getting any information.

While there was a hiccup originally getting my order bridged from the processing system to store, Daniel and Steph went above and beyond to help resolve the issue and support me in getting my new oven ASAP. I used the new delivery system that AF recommended and got white glove treatment as well. Will be coming back for my next appliance purchase!

This location sold us a "brand new" GE Range one month ago. We installed the range and within 2 weeks the oven was not holding temperature. We called American Freight for next steps to use the manufacturer's warranty with GE. In doing so we realized that American Freight sold us a range without a serial number. Originally both national customer support and the supervisor on staff told us they would replace the unit and were extremely apologetic this occurred and promised to make it right. An hour later, the supervisor Danny called to let us know that his DM Lori Cortese denied the replacement and refuses to make good on making this right. She is out of town and has yet to make contact with me. It is illegal to sell an appliance without the original serial number, this will be escalated to GE, the BBB and ownership. Unacceptable ~ highly suggest not doing business with them. I am pretty sure what was sold as a new unit is not.

This is one of those experiences that I would like a 'zero star' option. The first problem was when AF wanted to charge me an extra $40 for delivery because, according to their mapping software, I was outside the 20 mile delivery radius. When I used google maps to check the distance, I was less than 20 miles. The second problem was when they said they wouldn't connect the water line to the fridge because the shutoff valve wasn't directly behind the fridge. They said that there might be a waiver that I could sign to release them from liability and allow them to do it. I said that would be fine and just send it to me and I would sign it. Then, on the day that the fridge was scheduled to be delivered (I had already waited a week for delivery), they told me that it wasn't going out for delivery and that it would be another week because they couldn't figure out the waiver. All of this combined with AF customer service telling me one thing and the Westminster store contradicting it yields a bad, yes very bad review.
