Under new leadership. HORRIBLE ATTITUDES. Staff is poorly trained and new management SUCKS. I suggest going to the 7/11 a couple minutes away up federal. Avoid this 7/11 at ALL costs.

Since the new owners tool over you have: employees that don't know how to operate the machines, they don't greet the customers they don't help the customers they literally talk on their phone while you're trying to communicate with them.Customer service is not a priority here apparently.sad.

I'm guessing Kevin doesnt work here anymore on overnights. He use to be the only one to keep the homeless from asking for your money. He was an awesome worker, I went in when he was there cuz hes the only one that will talk to you. I hated the daytime people already, and now I hate the overnight people. Seems like maybe everyone quit? I dont see the normal daytime people either. Def downhill now...

I go to this location almost everyday!! The workers are super friendly very kind even funny. Except and we all know there's that one bad egg everywhere. He's the graveyard shift with the dark hair and the ponytail (needs maintenance along with his attitude!). I've seen him walk in to the store and change the entire vibe 30seconds. The more passive his coworkers are the more rude and Illed mannered he is. Get it together or find a different job where you don't have to have customers service skills!!!

Always busy, pumps are hard to get in and out of (only 4 of them), doesn't print receipts, usually homeless always around the doors to bug you God forbid you need go inside and have to deal with them. Then male cashier rude and short with me. Sucks having to go in just for a receipt and deal with more attitudes in the world with no provocation. So tired of this everywhere I go. As usual, no manners after I'm polite and no thank you. Wont bother here again.

I was Just was refused service by the night shift guy with the long brown hair in a ponytail with no name tag for my dinner a Pizza, a box of 7-11 baked white chocolate macadamia nut cookies and 2 2liters of Pepsi, because I had change 8 dollar coins and $13.75 in quarters the total was $21.69... Been shopping here for over 35 years, with the discrimination you lost a customer... Then threaten me to call the police on me because I asked him for his name and about the policy for when I call corporate to complain because they refused my money... 7-11 never will ever get another cent, dollar, card swipe from me ever again... On to the next subject because I want to know how trying to buy something in the USA with United States Currency is illegal...

The guy who does the night shift with the long hair is EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL! every time my kids and i come here he is ALWAYS rude !! and DISRESPECTFUL, dont come here!!!!!!
