Horrible customer service. Cashiers don't know how to use the register. Barely speak English and can't read. Ask them for a pack of cigarettes or a can of chew and instead of reading the label they just start pointing randomly until they get the right one.

I can't even begin to describe the audacity of the employee here who works the graveyard shift. I wish i could leave a negative score because im speechless and thats being generous. I'm not one to judge quickly but let me just say the level of incompetence this employee presents is astounding I've walked out on more then one occasion without making a purchase and to be honest don't have any intention of returning and I will also make it a point to refer others to the gas station just north of here on sheridan because after being argued with treated poorly then mocked by this employee and the customer behind me treated like I was in the wrong 2hen obviously he is just lazy and doesn't want to put in any effort into his mannerisms and then to tip it off I was unable to even get ahold of a general manager nor their district manager and its apparent they just give automated responses to these reviews. I'm sorry I gave you several attempts ⁹and I feel bad for the vast amount of money you will lose because of your inability to train employees and the lack of customer service

I had a delivery made for 3 drinks and asked to have it delivered at 4, but for some reason I didn't get it until 5 even though I'm literally down the street from here. Not to mention that they also gave me two of the wrong drinks. I tried to tell the delivery person this but they rushed out before I could say a word. Very displeased with this.

Last week and this evening, I popped in after work. It was around 10PM, on both visits.
Last week, I had to get gas, and I waited for about 5 mins until I was checked out.
The young kid saw me and continued to stock. Once he finally came to the counter he acted like I was an inconvenience.
Okay, maybe he had a bad day.
This evening, I went in, though a shorter wait. I thanked him and said I appreciated him.
He didn't respond at all, his arms crossed and his mind definitely wanted to be elsewhere, well 711 maybe you should hire someone more customer oriented. His customer service skills need work.
I don't think I'll stop in again, if he's working.

I've been here 3 times now and I personally just don't care for this particular 711. Always give me a hard time. Over charge on items that are cheaper down a couple blocks away at another 711

I went in for a late night snack after a pretty bad day. Popped a Dibs into my mouth and vomited after realizing the entire container is full of mold. Opened the other container that I was going to give to my daughter. Same thing.

PAY attention to your customers walking in. Don't ask me to pay for a cup that I brought in with me, then treat me like I'm a liar. And drop the attitude. This location is getting to be as bad as the one at 72nd and Pecos. They need to quit franchising!!!

Night clerk is one of the rudest people I've ever encountered in customer service. Yikes. Barely glanced at my ID before angrily telling me it didn't have a birthday on it... after actually looking on it, low and behold, my state issued driver's license does indeed have my birthday on it...
