Excellent work! 3rd time I’ve been here new shocks to level my truck up, then a bed cover, now new foldaway steps. Every time now had excellent service and outcome. Guys are pros and very accommodating.

Brought my 2005 Quigley van into this shop to have new tires and shocks installed. They recommended I replace worn out upper and lower ball joints so I went ahead with that work. After the work was completed I immediately started experiencing memory steer. What I *now* know is common issue with Super Duty Dana axles if ball joints are improperly installed. I had taken the van back to the shop within a couple weeks and they inspected their work and told me to “just keep driving it, it will break in”. Never heard that one before. I drove it 3000 miles and was still experiencing the memory steer. Brought it back in and they tried to tell me the same thing. “The binding is normal with new ball joints, you just need to continue driving it.” They refused to admit that the binding was caused by improperly installing the ball joints. Nad told me they won’t do anything for me. Won’t be buying anything or getting any service from 4 Wheel Part ever again.

I brought in my lifted truck for alignment. There were some long hold waits on the phone but they were easy to schedule with. I needed to reschedule a day before my appointment and it was no problem. They were friendly when I dropped off the truck and picked it up and did a good job, gave me print outs of the alignment and everything was in spec. The price is higher than the average alignment chain but I think it's reasonable and I would trust these guys more with my truck.

The store is very clean and organized and they have so much amazing and versatile car adventure products. My car broke down in front of this business and they showed me nothing but kindness and hospitality. Immediately, one of the employees ran outside to make sure we were okay and took a look and gave me suggestions and a soft diagnosis just out of kindness. They then let us stay inside to escape the heat and stay safe while we waited for the tow truck. They gave us water and checked on us and let us hang out for two hours while our tow took forever!! I just got such positive, genuine authentic vibes from every human in there we met, and they seem very credible and honest. Thank you guys for everything. They saved the day in a very stressful time of need! :)

I went in for an alignment inner tie rod replacement and trans fluid flush and was charged 1133$ they charged me 650$ alone for trans fluid and filter change. Damien told me on the phone that it would be 80$ plus filter and oil. They charged 480$ alone for the labor to change trans fluid. Nowhere else exceeds 300$ for a trans change. Ive done business here for over 15 years. I will never be back.

All I needed was a front end alignment. I’m simply posting this to make others aware for safety reasons. I understand they’re a business and upselling is a part of their job. But they had a laundry list of items they wanted to sell me to fix my jeep in order to complete the job. If you don’t work on your own rig I can see how they can take advantage of folks. I would say 9 out of the ten things they claimed were wrong with my jeep were blatant lies. They even claimed to tighten stuff they found loose. But I’d marked them before and they were exactly were I’d marked them. The receipt shows them signed off on torquing something as simple as my lug nuts. But when I got home all of them were finger loose! I’m very lucky to have made it home safely.
