My first time there, I stopped in to see if they could fix my glasses (lense popped out). They fixed it on the spot. No hassle, pushiness or bad vibes like the other place I had gone to before. 20/20 will be my go-to from now on.

This place is fantastic. Not only are the staff and optometrists extremely kind, patient, and helpful, they are the only place in the greater denver area that prescribes colored contacts for cosplays and costumes!!! My husband and I are thrilled to have found this place :)

I love this place! dr Patel is absolutely amazing, she’s friendly and listens to all of my concerns and always provides multiple options for me. Over all the staff are friendly and helpful. Great selection of glasses and it’s very clean! I highly recommend this office.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Jess and Matt who went above and beyond setting me up with two pairs of glasses! Also, very glad they sell OVVOs - objectively the best frames out there.

I’ve gone back and forth over this rating. My son loves his Shamir lenses, the office was clean, and we had overall great customer service. However, I’d like to point out a few things that really stood out to me and will be the reason for the 4 star review. Bri was great when I called and asked questions the first time before ever coming into the office. When we came into the office Bri was still great! The only thing I didn’t appreciate was how she constantly had to keep answering the phone and walking away from us. Bri did apologize for this, but I still feel like the paying customer in the store deserves one on one attention and phone calls can always be returned as soon as the next employee(s) show up to work, or once the customer no longer needs your assistance. After a few minutes we found my son some awesome frames that were in our price range, looked great on him and fit his prescription perfectly! As she’s adding up our price with insurance, going over the fees and such, and us choosing the highest quality Shamir lens, I asked “is this the set fee? I’m not going to be told an additional price when I come to pick the glasses up am I?” Bri then said, “no, I double checked in the book with prices and there shouldn’t be any changes to the cost when you come in to pick up.” We come a few days later to pick up the glasses and they look great, feel great, and all is good. Then Bri says “there is actually an additional $12 charge, I didn’t add up correctly, is this okay?” I specifically asked her twice when purchasing these frames if there would be any additional fees or changes at the time of pick up. I left with one price, and came back with an additional charge, because of her error. Lastly, as we are getting ready to finish up, I ask about what all is covered as far as replacement frames or lenses, Bri, then says the frame we got is a soon to be/or already discontinued frame. Immediately I say, “oh, I didn’t know we chose a frame that is discontinued.” I honestly would have liked to know while trying on glasses that the pair we went with was considered a discontinued frame. Being our first time shopping for frames here, I wasn’t aware that the back wall was discontinued frames, and maybe had Bri not been so busy between us and the many phone calls that came through, this could have been communicated? My main request was to not be in the $400 price range for frames only, when she handed me the first clear pair of frames for my son. Mainly, because I knew we’d be choosing higher end lenses too. I didn’t think or know to ask questions when the frames were just $100. Overall, we’re happy with the product we walked out with, and plan to shop again in the future. I think I’d just like clearer communication for future visits.

TL;DR: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!Also, why they don't have 5 stars I can never understand. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!---I had just left my eye surgeon's office so defeated after a surgery that was performed without informed consent. But that's a story for another day. Desperately looking for a solution for myself after almost a month of frustration and not being able to see well, not being able to read or help my children with some activities (crafts - Perler Beads, etc.), not being able to do my hobbies (crocheting), I called up places to see if I can just get eyeglasses that same day. This is how I found 20/20 EyeVenue. When I called, I spoke to Breanna. She was very helpful. She did not rush the conversation, she asked for all the information to ensure that they're able to provide me what I need, she answered all of my questions. When I got to their store, the first thing I noticed was how clean and bright their environment was. When you walk in, you will immediately feel the positive energy of the place. It just feels light. Interior design was great too. It's chic and modern. They welcomed me with a smile. I let them know that I have Medicaid and I know some places can be judgmental when they know someone's economic status -but they weren't. They treated me with respect and dignity. You also know that they cater to people from all walks of life because while they have high-end signature frames, they have a full range of beautiful stylish frames that are completely covered by Medicaid and many others that are very affordable.I waited at their lobby while my glasses were being made. When my glasses came out, they were so imbalanced because as we will come to find out the following day, the prescription my eye surgeon gave me was grossly incorrect. Ms. Maricella, the owner, with her extensive experience in the field, seemed to have expected that the eyeglasses may not come out right. And she was right. She offered to get me an appointment to get re-evaluated the following day. Last minute she squeezed me into their calendar because she really wanted to help. The following day, Ms. Maricella had me do the tests using those eye machines you look through (the ones where you have to focus your eyes on the image of a house or a hot air balloon). Afterwards, I saw Dr. Rupa Patel. She did a very thorough examination and had me try various different lenses. She was very patient as we tried to figure out which one is best for me, being that one eye has gone through surgery and the other has not. They were able to give me the regular glasses that same day and it was great because I at least had something for distance in the meantime. The pair of bifocals needed to be ordered though. Roger helped me select a frame for it -he's fantastic! When it was time to place the order for my bifocals, Ms. Maricella said that with everything I've gone through, she isn't going to charge me for them. WOW. I am just so astounded at the kindness of the people at 20/20 EyeVenue. I have never seen any business owner as caring and giving as she is -and to a complete stranger!?? I can't even put into words how deeply I appreciate them. Like, if I won the lottery today I'll totally buy all the frames in their store right now or send a million dollar check their way.I received my bifocals the other day and I'm so very happy with them. They feel very well-made. The frame does not feel cheap. It's great quality. My vision is so crisp with these lenses!Excellent product. INCREDIBLE HUMAN BEINGS. What more can you ask for?

I've been going here for 10+ years and they've never disappointed. Very stylish frames and excellent service. It's not your bargain Walmart type service so if you're looking for cheap readers this isn't your place.

Went in today for an annual eye exam. I've had a lot of issues over the years with my eyes (glaucoma, cataracts, lens implants). I was running behind and called to let them know I was going to be about 10 minutes late and they were so sweet and accommodating. Nyla was so sweet and had me checked in in an instant. Matt, the practice manager was very welcoming and understanding of my tardines. The exam with Letricia was very thorough and comprehensive, using tech I'd never even seen before for the best readings and she made it feel personable. Dr. Patel went over everything with me and set me up with a referral for an ophthalmologist just in case and made sure I would also see a copy of the exam in my email. Then came the hard part - a blind person picking out their own glasses is probably one of the cruelest jokes ever. Thankfully Jodi was my lifesaver. In so many ways. She helped me find a pair of frames that suited my face and style best, gave honest opinions, and walked me through every step of the process, including helping me get the most out of my insurance coverage and the coolest frames with all the bells and whistles for the lenses. I cannot wait to get my new glasses and will 100% be bringing in my daughter and husband to get their eyes checked. Would recommend to everyone with eyeballs who enjoy seeing and looking good while doing it.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Patel and her team! Every step of the way (5 different trials!) they were so sweet and kind to help me through to find my right fit (I was trying nee brands). Also the kids play area was sooo great! Thank you team! See you next year!

I rarely leave reviews but I *love* this place. They are always super friendly and knowledgeable. I go to them for my yearly visit and am always well taken care of. That, coupled with the best glasses selection I’ve ever seen, makes them my go-to for life :) 10/10 would recommend for ophthalmologist or new glasses/sunglasses.
