I took my truck in for a full report of things wrong with it and Wayne was able to get me in the next morning and call me that evening with what they found. Dina explained everything on the invoice to me and was very kind and helpful. They even fixed issues that another shop in town had caused for HALF the price with better quality service/parts. Please never take your vehicle any where else. D & W is well worth the wait time. Don't make the same mistake I did and go somewhere else because they can get me in faster even if it's only for an "alignment". My truck has never ran or drove better. You will never find a more reliable mechanic in town. Thank you Wayne and Dina!!

These guys are honest and straightforward. He took time out of his busy day first in the morning off-schedule to run a quick diagnostic on my Jeep transmission. He explained to me every last detail of what I needed to watch out for and also let me know that my harmonic balancer was starting to wobble, and it was. I'm glad he caught that before something terrible happened across the front of my motor. He also explained that there's no need to spend a fortune on a new transmission when mine is still holding up. He didn't reach into my pocket with excessive repairs, and I don't know a single shop that would come out first thing in the morning and take care of a drive-in customer without charging me a fortune. I only paid for the conditioning fluid and about 10 minutes of his time. The warranty company almost bent me over, and if it wasn't for this mechanic, I would have made a huge mistake by trusting a sub-par and predatory warranty company. I will definitely bring my vehicle back because they took great care of me, and I went on my way with no worries. Best shop I've been to in decades.

We had traveled 15 hours from Texas still had a couple hours to travel but felt like we had a tire out of balance. Kindly got us squeezed in and found 3 not balanced. Truly a great crew from ladies up front to technicians, even the shop cat was friendly ?

I had an accident a few years ago and bent one of the wheel assemblies in the front of the car so I took it to D & W Services LLC to get it repaired and spent $800 but a few years later my car kept on drifting to the right ans survice soon light kept coming on because somebody didn't repair it correctly and now I have to spend $1800 to get it fixed correctly because someone wasn't doing their job right I Highly do not recommend this place.

People here are not friendly-3 star then the guy calls back all pissed i left a review I asked nicely I didn’t understand what she was trying to say so I asked if I could bring it in today for a diagnostic test and she started rambling so I just ended the call and then he calls all pissed that I left a review they are not workable people and if he would’ve called back in a workable calm tone I would’ve took my review off but no not the way he called and was all pissed

Terrible terrible terrible service!! The front desk lady has the biggest attitude. Can’t even ask her questions without getting yelled at. . I brought my car in for an ESTIMATE on the fuel pump I believed was going out and they worked on my car without even letting me know a price! I asked them to look at my car and let me know if it was the fuel pump or if something else was wrong and how much it would cost to fix it. They fixed the issue without my knowledge. After they “fixed it” they called with a price and told me that I had to come pick it up. I just wanted an estimate… didn’t have 600 at that moment. Ask them a simple question and about why they didn’t call before fixing my vehicle and she started yelling and told me I didn’t have to come back if I didn’t want to. She also said she didn’t have the time to call and let me know a price. So they just expected me to have 600 dollars to pay for something I never wanted done. Just asked for an estimate They also fixed things I wasn’t informed about cause haha no one called!! Was charged for parts I didn’t even know need fixed. Should have been called about what was wrong so I could’ve decided if I wanted it fixed or not. For all they knew I could’ve been selling that car for parts and didn’t want the fuel pump fixed. Communication is key and they did not communicate with me at all. DO NOT bring your vehicles here.Update: my car is still having the same issues as before ? just paid them 600 for a service and it’s still not working.

The day before my scheduled appointment there was a severe snowstorm. I called to reschedule as I wouldn't be able to get into town and they didn't have any info whatsoever about me??? I rescheduled ( 30 point inspection, $28) and asked for an estimate along with the results. When I picked it up, there were no estimates and Dena said that Kelly had not told her. They also tried to charge almost $50 (instead of the $28) because I had said "there was a smell in the car (they said was oil, which I never smelled before or during the drive home!!???)and noise when turning" which I HADN'T and even if I had, I didn't say "go ahead and fix what's causing the smell and noise"!!??? The guy came out and said "just cut our losses" which my daughter and I took to mean, no charge at all since we didn't ok the extra expense or get the estimates, but then she tore up the inspection. I spent money and time bringing it in, and kept trying to pay so I would know what it needed as my 16 yr old would be driving it. in the beginning, before I knew the extra charges, She kept talking very fast and loud (as if she were on something), mechanic lingo , there was no way I could retain anything. The guy then yelled "I wouldn't spend 10 cents of that thing!" Maybe just say that instead of maniaclly going on and on with terminology I'm not familiar with and should be written out anyway to decide what to fix and when.

D&W provide excellent customer service, fast repairs, and very reasonable pricing. My car broke down near Westcliffe and everyone in town told me that this was the shop to go to. After dropping my car off Sunday, I called around 8 am Monday and Wayne had already looked at my car - he even identified another major issue that I was otherwise unaware of (and demonstrated the issue to me that afternoon). The service was completed a day earlier than expected. Also, the shop cats are incredibly cute. I would recommend D&W to anyone passing through town.
