“My 99 year old grandmom had passed away and I was in charge of the funeral program. I had to catch a plane that afternoon to fly east for the funeral service and was in a time crunch. I had a PDF of the program that I had designed, but the self-service printer was glitching and not reading my file correctly. I was panicking and asked for help. Jessica looked at the file and printed the program on a different machine that read the file correctly. The programs turned out beautifully, I made my flight in time, and my family was so grateful. I really appreciated Jessica's kindness, patience, and professionalism during my moment of panic. She is a stellar employee and I am so glad that she is a part of our Fort Collins community.”
