Had an "over the phone" appointment with Katherine at 5pm. I never received a call from her as was informed that I would at 5, so I then proceed to call them and not only did she speak to me as if she had no clue that I even had a over the phone appointment with her, but she was extremely rude and condescending to me right off the bat. Made me feel so uncomfortable after that, to the point that I didn't want her even touching my taxes, so I told her I would take my business elsewhere because of how she spoke to me. Not how you treat customers who are trying to have their taxes done through you. Will stick to Turbo Tax!
