“My chick lost her heel insert and they were super helpful here. They took the bottom of the boot out and glued it down so that it would never fall out again and only charged her $10 total for 2 inserts and labor. She said the guy was super helpful and cool as well, couldn’t recommend enough!”

“Karats has the most unique and one of a kind jewelry I’ve ever come across! They’ve got a lot of
high end and truly special pieces in store (gold chains, pendants, earrings, pearls, gold bands, engagement rings) and the artist does a lot of custom pieces too. I sat with him and designed a ring I had been dreaming of but couldn’t find already made.

“Axel's is easily among the best clothing stores that I am aware of, anywhere. They have a tastefully curated selection of fine clothing for both men and women. This is a well run business that is merchandised beautifully with a lot of relevant inventory. From a couple of hundred right up into the tens of thousands of dollars per piece, this store has high quality, unique, and beautifully made clothing and accessories. I feel great when I wear the clothes that I have purchased here, even years later and my wife does too. This store is where several of our very favorite items are from and it simply never disappoints. The service we have received from the staff has been outstanding during multiple visits over the course of the last 5 years.”

John and his team do an excellent job of explaining necessary ski repairs, tuning and waxing to perform optimally on the snow in a variety of conditions.
