We had an amazing experience with the staff and service at this location. Delfina was extremely helpful and friendly! She always had a smile and was very patient with my group, sharing her expertise on ski gear and the actual sport.

Bruna was great! She took care of sizing for ski boots and skis and made everything seamless. Also assisted with getting boot on/off and very knowledgeable on sizings.

Kelley went above and beyond in the ski valet area. He clearly loves his “job” and making people feel like they are on vacation. He is great about leading others too in excellent customer service. Love the Grand Hyatt in Vail ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
