Rented equipment here the past two years and customer service is absolutely the best!! Left a pair of insoles in my boots this year and they discovered them after I left, called me and then mailed them back!! Will not consider going anywhere else in Vail for my equipment!! Thanks!

I asked for a GOOD Demo ski- No edge, no wax, really disappointed. Staff didn't seem to care that the ski was terrible.

Just saw a bad review from JW. I don't know what he's talking about. We've been coming to Vail Ski Tech for years and we get nothing but the highest quality product and service. They've let me demo boots and skis until I found the perfect equipment for me at unbeatable prices. They keep our skis in perfect shape. And got a great price, they dry our boots and each morning we get to slip in to warm boots. Then there are all the adorable ski shop dogs. LOVE VAIL SKI TECH!

You're better off going to Arrabelle next door. Worst experience ever. Ski bums at their worst. I was planning on spending a metric ton of money here because they had the exact skis and boots I wanted and my cousin recommended this place. They messed up and screwed with the wrong man. If you're an American, don't bother going here. Foreign employees will pass you by to assist chicks or other foreigners. They'll even go out of their way to not help you and then place the blame on you and cuss you when they think you're not listening. You know who you are. I heard every word. I have had better service at Wal-Mart. Chumps and unprofessional.

This is the best and friendliest shop in Vail convenient located near the gondola at Lionshead. Not sure where J. W. went recently. Was suspicious of the veracity when he recommended the Arabelle. There's no better shop and no better service than Vail Ski Tech..

Solid ski shop with super cute doggies! Techs are super friendly. Mounted my skis overnight and did a great job. Would come back here any day over Christy.

The best gear rental shop in Vail hands down. We’ve been renting from them 4 years in a row. Professional, friendly, accommodating and just a good people kinda place. The gear is good quality and if you have any issues they will always fix it for you without a hassle. And they are affordable so you really can’t go wrong with Vail Ski Tech. 10/10

Just rented from them for our recent visit.I have to say it was probably one of the best ski rental experiences we have ever had.Everyone was so friendly, helpful and experienced. Also cheaper than other places, the ski and boot storage was a bonus!

My group has been coming to vail ski tech for 8-10 years now, but I'm very disappointed in my recent experience and won't recommend my group to return. The skis were not properly set up and my skis would constantly detach from my boots throughout the day! I could have gotten seriously injured due to the poor lack of care when setting up and fitting the skis to the boots.After the first day I came into the shop to try to fix the issue, they adjusted the DIN but the next day it kept happening! Until I did some research on the mountain and realized that the binding was simply not adjusted correctly. The heel setting was off by 4 clicks (almost an inch)! I was able to fix it myself and enjoy the rest of my ski day SAFELY with 0 issuesWhen I came back to return the set on my last day and let them know what had happened, they really did not seem to care, told me I should have came in to fix it (which i did, but they didn't fix it right...) and were rude about it. No one cared to listen and basically told me to leave. This is the place for you if you want to be treated poorly and want to get injured on the mountain with carelessly set up equipment

Vail Ski Tech is the best ski shop I've used in the last 30 years. Their location is ideal in Lionshead. It's close to the top of the escalator by the Arabella, next to Lionshead Jewelers. The prices are fair and the staff is incredibly personable and helpful. Their ski storage is very reasonable, as well. I can't say enough about Vail Ski Tech.

Vail Ski Tech help to make my trip to Vail way better than expected. The people that work in the shop are super nice and knowledgeable. The ski and boot storage was much better than ski delivery because we didn't have to lug our equipment all the way back to our condo daily because they were located so close to the gondola. They prob have the best prices also had great dogs too.

I rented snow boots and a snowboard. They were friendly and helpful when I went in for my fitting. Prices are great too. Would def recommend checking them out. There is the cutest golden that hangs around.
