Everyone was friendly and fantastic to work with. We came back for seat adjustments, and they were happy to do it. Really nice equipment and well maintained. Explained equipment and trail map. Highly recommend!

Vail Bike Hub is a great bike rental shop. They have the best service, the highest quality bikes, and the best location. Their friendly staff patiently showed us the bikes and trails. The bikes were solid, perfectly tuned Marin pedal assist bikes. We started and ended a beautiful ride on the Gore Creek Trial in Downtown Vail Village. If you go there, it'll be the only place you'll want to rent from.

The whole team was awesome! Super friendly and helpful. Rented the weekend of GoPro games (super busy) and they still had a ton of awesome options for me. Paul and the team really know what they’re doing. Will definitely rent from them again!

Had an incredible day after receiving some top notch service and early season trail recommendations from Paul and the esteemed gentleman at the shop. Pride myself on maintaining my MTB, but apparently had a very loose crank amongst several other key fixes. Knowledge of which trails are riding well and when to ride them is invaluable and these guys take the time to put people on the right bikes and send them to the right places. Closest thing to a private mountain guide in the summer? These guys love what they do and it shows. I'll be back (arnold voice).

My mother wanted to do a special ride for her 80th birthday (80 miles via the Copper triangle on a ebike). The staff at the Bike Hub was great and helped us make this happen, even supplying spare batteries. I really appreciated the efforts they made to make this work for her. In addition to great customer service, the bikes themselves were well maintained and in great shape.

Highly recommend. Visited Vail recently and rented e bikes from Vail Bike Hub. The staff was very helpful, friendly and professional.The bikes were amazing! Very well maintained and taken care of. We rode to minturn for lunch and it went very smooth. A great time was had by all. YAY....?

Killer bike shop and even better mechanics! Walked in for a rental and Brooke got me set up with everything I needed in no time. If you are looking to go biking in Vail I wouldn't recommend anywhere other than the Vail Bike Hub!

You must rent here! The bikes are awesome, staff is great (shout out to Joey) and they offer great value. Bonus points for being the closest bike rental to the gondola too! Go there!

This was my first experience mountain biking and it was made stress free by the helpful service of Joey, Paul, and Spencer. They were super informative on which routes to try and they helped us choose the correct bikes for the ride. The pricing was very fair for the day at $125 especially considering the fantastic bike options. I will most certainly be returning to Vail Bike hub the next chance I get! If you are looking to get setup to do some riding in Vail check them out.

Paul & the boy at Vail Bike Hub are awesome! They got my son (9) wife and myself dialed with pedal assist bikes, so quick so easy for us! It was my wife’s 1st time back on a bike since she was 12. These guys are great and have awesome bikes & gear. Right at the base of vail village gondola. Go check them out.
