Great ski locker facility with easy access to the Lionshead base area (~5 minute walk). Access to the locker room is restricted, so only those with access keys/fobs are in it, which makes it secure.

We rented bikes here three times in a week and were very satisfied with; the quality of the equipment, service of the staff and them accommodating a unique situation. Best prices on bike rentals (with reservation) in Vail Village too

DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR BUSINESS extremely sexist and shitty bikes. Not much else to say other than how uncomfortable the owner made us feel. When we asked for downhill pads he told me to tell my boyfriend he shouldn't be taking me down trails that I would need pads for.... Not my first time mountain biking, I know what I'm doing. Thanks so much for that. Upon returning my bike I told him the brakes could be checked out and he responded by saying, "well did you ride like a girl?"... awful service.

I rented a ski locker in the fall for $1600. Before Thanksgiving, I went to put my gear in it. The Locker combo could not be changed from the initial 0-0-0. I asked Tommy (Mgr) to please fix. He handed me a paper clip to fix myself. I could not change the locker code. He said he would fix it in the next few days.

We had a great time biking along the Vail Pass. Bike Valet was great. Good equipment, friendly, reasonably priced. 20% off if you purchase in advance. Highly recommend them. We will come back next year.

Tom provided great service, answered our questions and set us up for a 10 am departure the following day. Their equipment and transport van were in great shape. We were first driven to the Vail pass so we could ride into Frisco where we had lunch. Then Tom picked us up in Frisco to return to Vail pass so we could ride into Vail. It was an easy ride, all downhill. The path is in great shape. The scenery was beautiful. Duration of the excursion, including lunch, was about 5 hours.

We ended up at this shop in Vail and were extremely impressed by the owner and his employee. Very friendly and helpful. Allowed us to take the bikes early to run around town, then gave us a deal on the Vail Pass ride. Gorgeous ride and not very difficult. Ride took a couple hours and we were going slow. Absolutely a must do if you're visiting Vail!

Great bike shop with even better service. We did the Vail Pass tour and it was an experience to remember. The driver was friendly and recommended great restaurants to us and was very informative about the scenery around us. We had a great time and can't wait to do it again. I highly recommend this shop as well as their Vail Pass tour.
