Can't customize goggles or glasses here and very few combinations ever seem to be available

I bought some Oklay yesterday at this store. They fog up between the lenses, which is something that should not happen with these goggles that are made of good quality. What ended up happening was that I went to complain and they didn't want to take care of the problem, they told me that they were not Oakley when they clearly have their brand logo at the entrance, I don't think they are representing the values of their brand.
According to them, they are supposedly not Oakley so they shouldn't use their brand as a screen.
I can't believe that you buy something in a store and when you want to make a claim for malfunction, they don't take care of it. I hope that nothing like this happens to anyone else and that they begin to represent Oaklay's values and expectations.

This store does not accept returns. Nor you can return at any other Oakley store in the US. Buyer Beware!

What else can we expect from a Vail resorts operated business?First you have hours from 10 AM to 6 PM, if someone were to forget their goggles and needed to purchase some new ones, good luck. This place opens a cool 1.5 hours after the lifts. And then the day I make the effort to stop by for me needs, they are still not open at 10:05. Ps. Vail does NOT care about the environment. Just look around, dont listen to their propaganda but instead see for yourself. Trash all over tge mountain every day ive been out this year. Cans, hand warmers, energy bar trash, overflowing recycling in keystone one night with the overfbeing put in the trash by their employees. They do not care. They do not train or hold responsible their employees to take good care of appropriately directing recycling and trash ti their respective areas after they are carried off the mountain.

The staff earned the stars for being nice and helpful. However it is ridiculous in all of Vail that only 1 store can "afford" air conditioning and that is the toy store? If you want people to shop on a hot day then don't be so cheap that you set out a fan when it's 90 degrees in your store. No one wants to stay in there and look around. Plus what is happening to your expensive glasses? They are probably melting. Even Walmart can afford AC and you're the Oakley store at VAIL?

I have walked into the store twice looking for a helmet and goggles. Both times I was ignored. The second time I even asked for help and the employees responded with “are buying or looking?” At that point I put the helmet down and walked out. I just don’t get it. Each time the store was quiet and not busy.

Did a goggle exchange at Lionshead earlier today, they “rent” a pair of their goggles in exchange for mine and my license. I didn’t even think to ask what time the shop would close and info clearly wasn’t passed along. When I finished my ski lesson at 3:30pm, shop was gone and no one knew where they went. Tried calling multiple times at the Oakley store in Vail and leaving messages without a return call. Website lists Vail resorts, so tried calling their help line (they close at 4pm) and their online chat just suggested to “try to call again”. That is my only form of ID and need to it to fly back out tomorrow, so didn’t plan on having to trace down my license before a flight. Experience alone would prevent me from getting anything from this location.

This place is a joke. The young kid working there was rude. Me and a friend was prepared to spend 500 in this store even though it was marked up. Crappie service equal no service.

This is not a real Oakley store but for some reason masquerading as one. No indication it is not a real Oakley store until you try to return a 2 week old ski jacket already getting holes in it. They wouldn’t even print me my receipt to be able to be eligible for oakleys warranty. I wish I didn’t buy a $200 defective jacket from this store because there is no guarantee.

Beware, this is not a “real” Oakley store. The store is essentially and Oakley franchise run by Vail resorts with its own Return Policies separate from the Oakley brand locations. I wound up spending $10 for Parking only to be turned away. The only true Oakley stores are those in Denver.
