“Recently had my car towed through a AAA request, and Towing got us quick and towed us to the WV Shell. I had concerns about my car getting back to Denver and a chaotic experience with the dealership in Denver; however, Chris at West Vail Shell went above and beyond to help figure out the issues! It took 4 days to get the issue resolved (as the dealership messed up) and Chris was helpful and kind throughout the whole process. Although I hope I am not needing a tow anytime soon, I would definitely use these guys time after time. Thanks again for all the help!”
“Bathroom was exceptionally clean. They have a self checkout option which worked wonderfully, and the cashier lady was super nice! I found a good variety of snacks and drinks and the prices were actually reasonable compared to some of the other places here in Vail.”
“This convenient gas station is just a quick on & off from I-70 and easy in either direction. At the bottom of each off ramp is a roundabout which keeps traffic flowing as opposed to an formal traffic light. As a weekly commuter, this place is key. And, next to a McDonald's. Thank you Phillips 66 for being there every time I use all my fuel making it thru the pass. Bless you.”

“Our check engine light came on as we were stuck in traffic. We went to Vail Garage as they were nearby and we are so glad we did. They quickly confirmed we had a common sensor issue, cleared the error code, and assured us that it was no major concern. They didn’t charge us either. Thank you Vail Garage!”
