I needed a repair done on a very old fur coat that had sentimental value to me. The other store in Vail told me it was not repairable. Fantasia Furs didn't disagree, but offered to have their repair person look at it to see if anything could be done, while telling me that she was currently out on leave and they didn't know when it would be done. That was just fine with me as I couldn't wear it anyway. And they did it! The owner here was so kind to take the extra time and care to investigate further. The price for the repair was extremely reasonable, and now I have it to wear for the rest of the winter. So far the repair is holding up well. Thank you so much!

Let me just start off by saying that my experience at Fantasia Furs was outstanding! I usually don’t write reviews, but the customer service and merchandise were both exceptionally stellar! I bought a fur scarf and hat which I’m totally in love with! I can’t wait to go back!

Fantasia furs is the place to shop if you are looking for a fur. They have the best top quality skins and coats and always have the latest trending styles. The staff is so friendly, accommodating and positive. I learned so much from talking with the owner about how fur coats are the new “green” for being environmentally friendly. I learned so much and bought the most gorgeous coat and the warmest most comfortable boots I have ever worn. They put ugg boots to shame. This is the place to buy anything with fur :)

My husband and I just experienced the very best service of all time at Fantasia Furs! The showroom is elegant and the feeling of well taken care of is apparent from the moment you walk in! Sue the owner was so kind, helpful and patient. Sue made sure that I walked out with something I truly loved. I love my fur pieces we bought and love the personal attention we got! I am extremely pleased! 10-Stars!
