Buyer BEWARE!!!Purchased a small bottle of hairspray. $6.00. Stopped working the next days. Went back and they wouldn’t refund the amount. Said they couldn’t find where a bottle of hairspray had been sold all month long. We didn’t have our receipt. It’s not the $6.00. It’s the point of not standing behind something they sell.

We needed hairspray in the village and spent $7 for a travel size hairspray- which was fine. We knew we would pay a lot. The problem is the sprayer didn't work. So I went back to exchange and the same thing happened. No problem, just give me a refund. There response was they can't because the purchase was from the day before. I guess if you need money... keep it. But not really the business model I choose to support.

Old expired products that the counter girl gave me a hard time about exchanging. Coffee was not good not bad.

Just ok. We ordered a salmon wrap for $18 thinking that it was chunks of smoked salmon rather than lox. (That may be a regional difference and my lack of knowledge). Nonetheless. It was supposed to have a bit of red onions but they were yellow and I tasted it for hours after. I would have appreciated knowing about the substitution because I would have had them hold them. Other places in the village are better.

It's a bit on the pricey side (average price for Vail), but the breakfast sandwiches are great. It's a super tiny store, so be prepared to bump into stuff, but it has a cozy Italian appeal and was an enjoyable experience.

Was not open when they said they were. We had to walk a long way to the shop in the cold because there was no parking and when we got there at 7:10 nobody was there and the doors were locked. Would not recommend if you are trying to grab an early bite

This review is not about the quality of the food, but about about the quality of the service I wasn’t even provided. Two nights ago (12/29/22) I arrived 3 min after closing time, at exactly 9:03pm. I desperately needed to buy cough medicine for my child. The “open” sign was still on. Three ladies were putting away food from the counter. I knocked on both doors trying to get their attention. At some point two of them looked at me and I rapidly pointed to the cabinet I could see from outside with Delsym, Rubitussin and Mucinex. Yes, they had them all!! They started laughing and ignored me completely. They could’ve opened the door and at least lie and say all the registers were closed. Instead, they laughed and continued putting away their stuff, ignoring every pleading sign and sad face I must have put on. So sad it’s come to this. Very disappointed.

Was in the need for sundry's and a snack option that wasn't from the hotel. Delizioso came through and did so with a smile.

Impressed us an understatement! I reached out for a custom cake for my husbands birthday/gender reveal for our trip and it turned out perfect. Ronny was quick to respond and made a beautiful cake. We stopped in for sandwiches as well and everyone there is so friendly. Great place!

Very convenient location with good service, products, and quick lunch options. We went there everyday to get drinks for the hotel etc.

Amazing sandwich! Fun little market!

The gelato was underwhelming and overpriced. Maybe because of ongoing inflation and the wealthy Vail clientele However, the quality should match the price at least. I wouldn't spend 4 dollars on a medium gelato but the final price was $9.50

We have made several trips to Vail Village and have come to this restaurant each time. The food is decent. Just be prepared for a side of surliness (or more likely, nearly complete indifference to your presence). If this place were in Houston, Chicago, LA, or any city where it would face significant competition, my bet is that it would go out of business.

What’s with the people working in there? They are beyond rude and cold. I have so much to say, but won’t waste any more time. Pay some good Americans to work in there a few more bucks than these foreigners. Penny wise and pound foolish!
