Excellent service, especially the girl who helped me, her name is Chiara. She is Argentine like me, she gave me luxury attention and at the same time she was very empathetic. The store sells good, up-to-date things.

I had a great experience with Brian and the team on our snowboarding trip in early January. I have step on bindings and my boa laces were compromised. I tried the "at home" fix but was unable to thread the boots appropriately. The team rented me some boots for the day (which is great as it was a powder day) and laced up my boots. I was able to pick them up at the end of the day! Thank you Brian for saving a great day.

Good store, good people and good equipment but they need to be upfront about number of rental days you can apply towards purchase - 2. We rented boots for third day thinking it will go towards purchase, anyway, so why not try size up. On the positive side, they did allow to return rented boots in second location at Vail Village since this location did not have same boots in chosen color.

Went to Vail looking to buy a snowboard and bindings. Connor gave me a great recommendation based on my riding style and broke it in properly the next 2 days. Very happy with my purchase.

My wife and I were out in Colorado for a few days and decided to hit Vail for a half day of snowboarding. We stopped at the Burton shop to rent boots & boards. We are a little older and are slowing down a little. Connor helped us, and really took the time to ask us how we ride, what we like & don't like. Then set us up with Demo boards that were perfect! We've always had good luck with Burton, but still hear stories of people at various rental shops being rude, short, or cocky. We've always had great luck with Burton, and Burton - Arrabelle didn't disappoint.
