My husband went to pick up a refill for my prescription that was suppose to be ready on Monday after 2:00 pm and they said I had no prescription refill. I do not know what the problem is at this pharmacy. It is not run properly. I worked at the AF Academy as a Secretary a long time ago but it seems to have gone down hill. Now I have to call in my refill again & I might run out of my prescription.

Very thankful for the Community Center refill pharmacy. The staff and volunteers are always welcoming, friendly, and thankful

The website changes often and is very challenging at best, the concept is good. However, everyone is friendly and efficient.

100% terrible customer service. They choose not to answer their phone when it rings...they immediately release the call. Love to give zero stars.

Tried for one week to activate new prescription at USAFA community center pharmacy using MHS Genesis and phone calls. MHS genesis continually errored out, no one answered AFA pharmacy phone line when I tried to follow up directly. Went in person to pharmacy, was given an 800 number to call to troubleshoot the MHS genesis problem. Called the number and finally gave up after going through several robo-driven menus unrelated to the problem. Called my doctor in the afternoon and asked him to retransmit the prescription to King Soopers pharmacy. Called KS two hours later who advised they received the prescription and I could pick it up the next day, which I did. No MHS Genesis to hassle with, KS answered phone after three rings, I picked up the med the next day, and KS handled the Tricare reimbursement paperwork.

So cumbersome. After 30 minutes and finally getting through the new prescription activation instructions and MHS Genesis menu, and getting the pop-up that say "error, try again" and then the pop-up that says "you can only try to enter once" and you have to "try again later", then calling the pharmacy directly to try to activate the prescription over the phone, which I know is forbidden, and no one answers because it probably must be another "TRAINING DAY", or lunch time, or whatever...... nevermind. Five stars for having nice, hard working people there, no stars for such a cumbersome system = 3 stars overall.

Awful!!!!!! 2 1/2 hours waiting for post op meds. Not okay. Why do you think I was there for pain meds? Well, I had a lot of pain. More infuriating was the guy on window #1 stating that he doesn’t make the rules ?There was a lady in more pain then I waiting for her medication and no one bother to speed up her order or mine. I get it that there is many retirees refilling meds at this pharmacy; however, one window should be just for those who had appointments and meds dispense to them on that day.

So, I don't know what changed but lately when I go in it's SUPER QUICK. There is maybe 4-5 people in line and we move quickly. Less than 10 minutes. I almost don't want to post this for fear I may jinx it. Whatever the change, keep it up!!!

The automated refill line disconnects, refuses refill requests, or just rings and will not connect to the auto-system. They close often and are overall unhelpful.

The last time we went there for prescriptions, it took 40 minutes to get to the window. Activation has become a nightmare. The website accessed by the QR code types in my ID or SS# in reverse order. The cure seems to be opening up one of my Chrome setting, but that doesn't work either. When I try to activate a prescription, I listen to a recording that says this line gets over 10,000 calls per month. So, is the solution to generate a website that never works? This represents a loss of one more benefit promised to retirees and now denied. If we can spend trillions on "infrastructure", how about updating a phone system, and building a computer system that actually works. I can only hope the Congressional investigation will spotlight some of the corruption behind this sad state of affairs!

Called to activate prescription. I was hung up on 9 times. Can have wait as long as 45 mins. The new system seems to be working well. Is it possible to get more help for the phones. I tried to activate on line option: what is: D’Souza logon or cac authentication? I recommend everyone call your congressman or try the hospital commander.

Horrible. Cannot get them on the phone. Will not fill prescriptions in a timely manner. Always on some type of "training holiday" and they take 4 day weekends every federal holiday. Other customer service organizations on base don't do that.

It has been terrible since they got the new Genesis system a few months ago. Half of my prescriptions are missing even after my base doctor called it in and I called to activate it. I get to the pharmacy and they say they can’t find it! I have ask for a military pharmacist to double check and then they find it. I’m not harping on the employees because I know they try their best and are working hard. The whole system is just messed up and needs to be fixed.
