“Today i had A Poor pick up experience where they put leaking minced garlic on top a bag of flour. Frustrated I turned to the nearest cart attendant to ask what I could do. SETH was AMAZING! Made sure to help me load in the extra things I ran back in for and brought the damaged items back in and let me stay in the car with my 5 small children while he went in and did the exchange for me! Then had it loaded back in the car all in less time then it took them to get my pick up order out to the car! SETH deserves a raise and a pat on the back for making sure to make it right and help my eyes levels! Thank you Seth for making this bad experience be only a bad moment and not sour my taste with Sam's club in general!”

“Always the cheapest gas in Castle Rock, but almost Every Time, there is more than one pump that is disabled.Maybe they didn't anticipate selling that much gas and more pumps going at the same time would give everyone lower pressure.That's just a guess, but why don't they ever have all the pumps going at the same time?Otherwise I would give them 5 Stars m”
“Smaller grocery only store where you can do all your food shopping without dealing with the supercenters. Lower prices as well. Has a pharmacy and small bakery. Meat department does not have a butcher if that matters to you. Also has pickup service outside on the right side.”

The prescription shipped the next day, and I received it a day later (granted, I am about 40 miles from the pharmacy). The whole process was very efficient, and the price I am paying for the medication is very fair.”

The store was clean and the way the layout is now is so much better. The produce was even better than my usual king soopers. Best zucchini I've found in a long time. I was even impressed by the self checkouts they have changed the carousel so the reusable grocery bags fit on there too. I wish the other king soopers would do that. I was incredibly impressed the moment I walked in the store. You can really tell they care about what they're doing!”

“This Pharmacy and the ladies that take care of us day-in, day-out are awesome. Always a smile, a joke, and making sure that I get my 37 pages of legal blah blah with prescriptions.. They do ask if I have any questions or concerns, which is great. They are awesome with immunizations too!I miss them when I have to shop Walgreens for my parents. Just not the same. I know some people perceive big box warehouse stores as uninviting and impersonal. This pharmacy, at the Woodmen location, makes me feel like Norm on Cheers!Thank you ladies!!!!! They will always help me find the best price for my script and even though they are crazy busy, they get my scripts out right away and treat me with respect. I wouldn't go to any other pharmacy in town!”
“I recently had all four tires changed for the winter, staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately it was noted my tire pressure sensor had failed. After being quoted a ridiculous amount at the dealership. I returned the car to Sam’s tire center and paid very little and service was done with expedited time and service. Will utilize their services in the future.”

Our prescriptions are filled fast, I get text notifications when they're ready (something I signed up for with Kings multiple times and still never received!), and the texts even tell you how much it will be. So glad we switched over!”
“Part of what makes this pharmacy a great one is that the staff is cohesive and has great longevity. Of course the pricing is also great. In fact, Express scripts must think it's their biggest competition because they work very hard to get me to buy medicines for the same price through the mail as I get them at the local pharmacy. One thing to note is that this pharmacy takes a break between approximately one and 2:30 p.m. in the afternoon. More than once I have forgotten that and shown up when they're not at the counter. I find medicines are usually in stock and prescriptions are filled promptly. Of course your experience may differ.”

He was very thorough in checking the tire that I had an issue with.After a thorough inspection to no avail, he could have easily just let me go on my way, but he highly recommended other non-chargeable services that would really benefit the longevity of my tires and my overall safety.This Costco location was 2hrs out of my way. Even though the issue persists (which we were hoping would have been resolved by the little-attention-to-detail items Alex performed), but I'm still so glad I stopped by.Thanks for having such a strong work ethic, Alex!![P.S.
