Absolutely love this little store! Every time we pass through this area we always make a point to stop in and check it out. Actually bought my favorite ball cap here, where it all the time lol. Don’t hesitate to stop in and check out all their goods if you’re passing through, you won’t be disappointed.

This is probably last chance to refill your tank and have good look at Twin Lake. I also grab few last minute gifts for Aspen and Twin lakes, then went on Mocha Trail to enjoy hiking on Twin Lake area. The view is unbelievable.
Reopening for the season 11am May 23. Soft opening May 19 9am-2pm. The Twin Lakes General Store has been resupplying, refueling, and refreshing visitors in Twin Lakes, Colorado at the base of Independence Pass since 1879. At the center of Colorado’s most popular hiking trails, 14er and 13er mountains, scenic lakes, and road trip drives, the Twin Lakes Store serves summer campers, tourists, hikers, bikers, road trippers, and those discovering the scenic “back way” to Aspen.
