443 N Commercial St, TrinidadWe stopped at this restaurant on our way back from Colorado to Texas, and what a hidden gem! Food was excellent, fresh, well made to order, very tasty. Service was great, friendly, but not too much, with genuine smiles and care for customers. A lot of parking spots available. We will definitely come back!

He mentioned collies bakery was really good. I decided to give a look. I saw several gluten free items had to get for my wife. Including gluten free cheese cake. .my wife was in heaven!!
Then I looked further and had to have cinnamon buns. Sticky rolls. almond cousants, coconut macaroons with chocolate base, blue berry scones
All made from scratch the best ingredients
All I can say you need to come to Trinidad CO just for Collies Bakery off on Commerce and Main.

202 N Commercial St, TrinidadGot a Mississippi mud and mint chip milkshake which was excellent. Wife got salted caramel and cookies and cream on a waffle cone which was excellent. And our dog got a small vanilla soft serve doggie cone which he devoured. The person serving us was patient and let us try a few flavors to decide.

Vegetarian options: A few Vegy choices- very good house made potato chips. Most items are $18-$20's. Approx 25ish or so per especially with an appetizer or a beer n tax.
