Carolina and devin were life savers! Got us a brand new phone and got it all set up in about 45 mins! Getting a phone can be frustrating for sure. They were friendly and helpful the whole way. I really appreciate their customer service!

I was buying a phone for a friend who had lost theirs due to an automobile accident. The lady was very friendly and helpful. The only thing was that she didn’t tell me that there would be $25 upgrade fee on buying a phone. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.
