“My 99 year old grandmom had passed away and I was in charge of the funeral program. I had to catch a plane that afternoon to fly east for the funeral service and was in a time crunch. I had a PDF of the program that I had designed, but the self-service printer was glitching and not reading my file correctly. I was panicking and asked for help. Jessica looked at the file and printed the program on a different machine that read the file correctly. The programs turned out beautifully, I made my flight in time, and my family was so grateful. “I just had such a great experience. I ordered some furniture that needed a signature to be received.. I was not home at the time it was delivered. I got a notification it was going to be held at the Loveland customer center. I got a phone call from an Even saying I could come pick it up between 8 and 8:30pm that day. I have such a weird work schedule that actually ended up being a perfect time. I got there about 8.. well after normal business hours. I wasn't quite sure where to go but crossed paths with a couple drivers who were very friendly and pointed the will call door I was looking for.. the staff inside was so welcoming. I mean at 8 O'clock at night.. if it were me, I don't know how excited I'd be to deal with some weirdo knocking on random doors. With that said everyone was super helpful and my local driver who tried to deliver to me earlier in the day was still there and helped load everything into my car. Thank you!”
