Awful customer service the banker scot asked too many questions.when we want to open business account he try to investigate what I'm do. I told him I am a Kangen water distributor. work for anagic company. The funny is he ask what the machine do what vitamins turmeric do.all this question he should go online research. he look not happy with us I can tell on his face.i am second language but have my own business for 10year this is my first time funny question he ask. This is my first time put review I live United States 39y

I am in the process of starting a new business, and I had no clue what was needed of me to start a new business account. I came t o the Timnath Center in mid June and Scott helped explain what steps were needed of me to take in order for me to open an account. Scott was very personable, attentive, and easy to work with. I know I am going to be in great hands with him when I come back to open the account. I will definitely recommend my customers go see Scott and the Timnath team, as I felt very welcomed when I walked in. Scott is great asset to Ent. Please convey to management my satisfaction with Scott and the team about the wonderful assistance I received.

Exceptional customer service! We signed up on a promo deal a couple months ago and have been repeatedly impressed. Online access is easy, but a few more features would be nice. Drive through teller is a plus. We're thinking of moving all our accounts there.

Have been an ENT member for several years. And now I utilize the new branch in Timnath. The staff at all the branches have been extremely helpful and professional. I have savings, checking and and money market accounts and all my transactions have been seamless. Can't say enough about the friendly staff at Timnath. I always walk out with a smile on my face.

ENT has the worst card member services under the sun. It took several hours on the phone with Elon card member services employees to get my online card account set up. I had to speak with over 4 employees at card member services before they finally fixed whatever issues they had on their end.Hopefully ENT takes this review seriously and deals with the issue in a fashion that helps their CC card provider adjust their business to better serve their customers.

Bill pay takes much longer than it should to process; even electronic payments. Customer service is slow. They don't offer Zelle, which is free and safe.

This was their grand opening and they were amazing! I will definitely be back. I am hard to please in the financial world, I have worked for a large bank for many many years.
