“Katie and Mara were so helpful and sweet. We had a few good laughs while I was checking out and we're we're all in agreement that Sierra has so many quality products for reasonable prices! I left with two sets of grooming tools that included tweezers a set of four for $5 to roll-on eye creams, two sets of socks and a few other items for less than $50! I need to be careful when I go in there cuz I'll spend my whole paycheck. It's that wonderful!”

Today I went, asked for help for a product I wanted to buy and two employees took their time to help me, that was very nice since I don't speak English. In addition, the cashier was also very kind and friendly. Unfortunately I didn't pay attention to their names. Obviously I will return. Thank you”

“Great store. ....even tho they don't have my dries mangoes OR a produce section. By the way, while I'm on the subject, Target should step up the dried fruit section when there's no fresh produce....or at least carry the ones they have at other locations.”
“Shopping here for most things is great. Their clothing / boots often has great deals and good brands. Their farm / ag stuff isn't my specialty, but when I've needed items there, they've had it. Their plants, lawn & garden stuff and automotive has often been a good deal. Their hardware leaves a lot to be desired, but it is convenient if you're out that way.”

It is inconvenient that there is only one fitting room anymore and it’s on one side of this huge store but other than that it’s a good shopping experience. “I fill several prescriptions and refills at this Walmart on S. Mason, and consistently have 10-star service from the techs and Ryan the Pharmacy Manager (sorry I can only give 5 stars here)! They go way above and beyond, in my opinion, and are always helpful to answer questions. Additionally, they get to know their returning customers by name, and I frequently see them saying or waving hello if they see them shopping in nearby aisles. I've also had them greet me by name elsewhere in the store if they are on break or had to step away. Due to a different insurance the last couple of years, I occasionally had to fill an Rx at other pharmacies, and the difference is night and day with other places needing to take lessons on how service is given here. Finally, there is nearly always more than one person to help if there is a line, and I don't see the staff turnover here the way I have seen at other pharmacies. It's rare to find service like this today, unfortunately; and I hope my insurance allows them to be my pharmacy for a long time to come (even though I'm a senior and feeling older by the day)! Thanks Ryan and ALL Pharmacy Techs! Keep up the superior service!”
“This is a solid location. Well stocked, good customer service and it’s giant. Just a heads up; they don’t open up extra lanes during high traffic times. So it gets congested and it can be a spell before you check out.”

“I predominantly use delivery, which was horrendous at first. But now, my goods travel gracefully to my doorstep in a timely fashion… on a regular basis. That mixed with top notch customer service, gives this location a step above the others. Never had to wait long here, shelves always stocked, always someone around to answer questions. If you use delivery then get Walmart+, there are too many perks to list. Worth it!”

“I really love shopping at the store. The older lady at the counter was very kind, courteous and prompt. In fact she had a guest front of me that were checking out and had another guest way back in the line. Try to bring up product to check out in front of me. The cashier kindly told the gal that was inappropriate. She needed to wait that I had been waiting to be checked out we need more people like this in the industry who has kindness understanding. And understand how to treat customers that she does. You should hire more cashiers like her”
“I gave a lesser rating earlier because I do have some legitimate complaints. Most of my complaints were heard and most of the time I was satisfied overall. However, I read some reviews after leaving mine and they were horrid. They really don't deserve those bad reviews. Any I had a complaint about the payment app a person stayed on the phone with me until it was fixed. Once I received a totally wrong order. I was told to keep it and I reordered. Gave most of groceries to my neighbors except the water. I've had one order not delivered but reordered and received next day. That one I even called the driver and was sent to vm. Someone arrived with the delivery person next day with a really attitude who gave me a mean look. Was he the person delivering the day before who didn't? Maybe? Only reason I can think of to be hostile unless he didn't like my skin color. That's the only time I've been treated that way by a delivery person regardless of their color. They're either always friendly and respectful, or they ring my bell and are gone before I get there. I've found nearly all Wal Mart employees at the 2 Loveland stores to be pleasant and helpful. Any time I have a problem I go to customer service in the app. First its the vr assistants which I hate but if you persist with tapping it's something else, you will get a live person on there and if they can't help you, you will get a phone usually within 5 minutes or less. They are always courteous even when I've been irate, but I usually warn them before I start that I'm upset and if I get angry, it's not their fault. I know they aren't the person causing the problem. Sometimes it's even me. Give them a break people. Most of them are doing the best they can at jobs that are thankless most of the time for a wage that will never get them out of the poverty level. That's not always true. Some will steal or leave your groceries maybe on the moon just for a kick. I've encountered at least a dozen or more, male and female, and only one person was rude, actually many more than that. I almost always rate them an excellent, but can't always tip them, but do if possible unless there was something wrong.”
“Most of the time you get to Walmart and know what you need and know where it is. This time I needed to find an eye glass repair kit which I haven’t ever purchased from a Walmart before. I did my due diligence and went through that store website to find a repair kit and what aisle it would be in. I wasn’t sure where the isle was that was listed on the website, so naturally I found an associate for help. Frank was the first of helpful associates that I found. Frank wasn’t too sure where it was on a whim but looked it up and found the same location/aisle that I found on the website and he led us in the right direction towards the cashiers and eye glass area! We then headed in that direction and still couldn’t find that repair kit! So once again I asked another associate that was walking buy, named Monica! She had looked it up once again and found the same aisle z28 but wasn’t too sure so she led us towards the z aisles she was familiar with and sure as heck she helped us find them with the eyeglass turntable thing right next to the pharmacy windows! So we purchased the things we picked up and as we were walking out there was Frank again calling us over to let us know he was determined to find us repair kits! We let him know that Monica had helped us find a repair kit but we very much appreciated him finding repair kits that were actually much better than what we initially went in looking for! Id just like this store to recognize Frank and Monica as very helpful and determined associates who are always looking out for their customers! They deserve a free lunch!”

“Shout-out to Dakota for helping me out. He was amazing when I had an issue that was upsetting. I had a concern with a delivery order and he was TRULY interested in helping me. This is something that is slowly dying off with many businesses. Dakota was able to turn a cruddy situation into a situation that was more understandable. I just wanted to make sure he was recognized for his strong customer response! I truly believe he wants to make sure his customers are happy!”
