  I usually go to Costco when they first open to get the things I need and avoid the Saturday crowd. Recently, as I pulled in my tire light came on. Luckily, Costco offers free air so I pulled into the spot and checked my tires. When that didn't work I went in to see my options. The employee in the tire center went above and beyond to make my terrible morning not so terrible. I was told it would be a few hours before they could get to me since there were appointments before. I understand. I'm a walk in on a Saturday. Then about an hour later my tire was repaired and I was out with only paying a fraction I was expecting. I was able to get my tire fixed and my shopping done before the rush arrived for the weekend. Super helpful, friendly, understanding, fair, and honest.
  
  I don't recommend getting a flat unexpectedly but if it happens this is where I would do it. By the time I finished my hot dog my phone was ringing and my tire was fixed.

  I will echo many others complains on here. This tire center just is either too busy or just doesn’t care. Wait times are insane, under quoted, and not worth it just to save a few bucks. I had to go back multiple times after them ordering the wrong size tire (fronts and back were two different sizes on my car) and while this was a simple mistake, no apologies or concessions were made on my behalf. I’ve now spent a lot of time hanging out in the food court just waiting for things to be fixed. Les Schwab is right across the street. Go there instead.

  Thought we'd try out the tire shop for some winter tires. First experience was swift. When I went back to remove the snow tires, the lady was rude. She had no customer service skills and clearly did not care. Unfortunately, she was the one who swapped out my tires. After leaving, my tire light began flashing. I checked the air, and they hadn't been filled up. After inflating them, the light still remained on. It took four days to get ahold of someone (they seem incredibly busy). The man on the phone told me to pull up to the station and they would check it out. This was the most convenient and positive part of my experience with them. I pulled up and a young man assisted me right away. He was very kind and explained that the sensors in all my tires were out. This would be over $200 to fix. My boyfriend used to work at a tire shop and informed me that it's easy to mess up the sensors in the tire if you don't know what you're doing. I thought it was odd that all four of them decided to go out at the same time right after a tire change. If I'd have known it were the lady at the desk who would be touching my vehicle, I would've decided to go elsewhere. She clearly did not care about customers or her job. Why would she care about my car?

  I was getting four new tires at the tire center. They have great prices and fast friendly service! I was lucky they also had the tires in stock since I had blown a tire and I was running on a spare.

  These guys are just awesome. Huge shout out to Jeremy, Mike, Randall, Kevin, and the gentleman with ballcap, glasses, and dark hair/mustache (sorry I forgot your name bro, I probably just described most shop guys). I had a potential tire puncture and these guys had it assessed and fixed in no time. It turns out that the debris didn't puncture fully through, so they remounted my tire and had me back on the road within an hour.I really appreciate the leadership qualities demonstrated by this team. They owned the problem, communicated thoroughly throughout the process, and went above and beyond by offering to put my tire back on right then and there. Costco is lucky to have these guys on the team.Highly recommend this place, will never go anywhere else for tires.

  This is the first negative review I have written of a business.The Costco Tire Center in Timnath is, in its current state, just not functioning as the customer-driven center it should be.I have not been able to reach a team member by phone, for example.I also have a strong suspicion the tires installed impacted/continues to impact the drivetrain on my vehicle. Prior to this installation, there was no issue.Cars are a large investment for an individual. This means that vehicles should be treated as the investment of time and care that they are from the employees of the center.

  I'll give them that they beat the other folks by $100 on a set of Michelin tires, but they also took twice as long to get them installed, and I had to wait in a long line twice. Once to drop the car off and again to pick it up. They just don't have enough front line staff to take care of the customers. I doubt I'll go back, especially, as I'm a new Costco member and likely won't renew my membership.

  It took four days, hours on the phone with supervisors, management, techs, and suppliers before having any result to install one tire that is warrantied through the Costco Tire Center. I had the displeasure of speaking with Brenda, a supervisor, who in my opinion as a manager should never work in customer service and I would be mortified to even have as an employee. Between her tone, hanging up on me, as a customer when asking for a receipt, and overall unprofessionalism I would have let her go on the spot.Nick and Randall were both of great help and knowledgeable - If you do choose to go with this center save your time and ask for either of them.

  Service here is a nightmare. I've had to have service here 3 times, and in all those times, I have never received a call back, and received my car much later than needed. The communication between them is non-existent, and they don't know what's going on. It is seriously not worth it to buy tires here, please anybody reading this go elsewhere. You will be saving yourself a lot of hassle, and headaches with a more competent place.
