The Costco mail order pharmacy has the worst customer service of any pharmacy I’ve had to deal with in 39 years of needing insulin and supplies. They offer no assistance. They receive an rx and contact you and let you know you need to build your own account on Costco and if it’s not done in two days they’ll trash the rx. No follow up. Than they get the rx and flip the script with out even a conversation. They won’t let you out a credit card on the account you build unless their is an rx there already and than you get another call after the rx is received that they will again trash your order if they don’t have a credit card on file in two days! Worst customer service I have ever seen for life extending prescription needs. I can’t believe they’re still in business.

Everyone at this pharmacy is incredible. Jade and Jennifer are two of my favorites. They are all outstanding and Costco should be proud of the incredible service. I wish I was better with names as I would want to point them each out!

The staff here at this Costco are incredibly rude. They treated me like I was a criminal when I picked up my hormone prescription. It shouldn't matter if my doctor is in another county here in Colorado. I've been taking the same meds for 25 years and don't need to explain my life circumstances to some technician.
Edit: having read another recent review, I believe there's some anti-LGBT sentiment among the staff of this pharmacy.

Tire Center Review: I've been a Costco member since 2013 and cannot say enough good things about their product quality, variety and overall prices. I love Costco Timnath, CO TIRE CENTER, Completely different story I've replaced all tires on two vehicles and yeah, the price is good but the service was terrible and gauged on "failed tire valve" (that was a good one, but for another time) We just bought a new/used vehicle that needed tires before an upcoming trip out of state. Knowing what I was in for, I still went to them in effort to save a few dollars... 15 minutes and $1,500 later, it was said that the tires would ship by the 6th and could schedule install the following day, but they could not guarantee. Costco is a good company, I trusted they would knock it put the park... The 6th came and went with no call from them. Knowing everyone gets busy, I gave them 3 days before calling. First person I spoke to said they show "ordered" but they could not say if they shipped. I asked for a manager to call me. Manager calls and says they shipped. I asked when they would arrive and they said they don't know but it should be 3 days. While she is speaking, I hear her colleague in the back saying he just ordered and expedited them.... So wait, they were just ordered??? Needless to say, I went into the store to cancel and finalize credit return. It cost me $40 more and 90 minutes of my time to have a similar name brand tire put on that day at Integrity Tire in Windsor. I am not in this field so I am no expert but from my seat: New management or improved training with internal process and customer training

I have never had such incredible service!! From the supervisor to the amazing people outside helping load, every single person was so nice and helpful! Literally was taken back how great the service was!!

Went in for new tires and tpms sensors. Had appointment, Costco said it would take up to an hour. Received a call after an hour but was a dead line (in the store). Went to the tire center and they were unsure if it was done. Finally they said it was done and gave me a key. I told them that was not my key but they insisted that it was. Went out to car tried key fob but it was for some other car about 6 cars away from mine. Went back in demanded my key when they found and then a tech came at me saying that the TPMS light was still flashing an error and to give them another ten minutes. Poor experience!!!!

For the past four years I have purchased for the Sr. Residents where I live two of your large Poinsettia's. They have given the residents many days of viewing pleasure. This year during the last week of November I made the same purchase. Unfortunately, the plants receiving normal care & watering, are turning yellow and dropping all their leaves and blooms. They won't even last until Christmas. This week I decided to feed them with "miracle plant food" to see if there is any improvement. Did I just pick sick plants or did you use a new vendor. Kate in optical is fantastic! My wife and I agree, give up your place in line in order to have her process your prescription. Kate looked at my new prescription and mentioned she did not feel it was correct, based on my previous glasses prescription. She fought for us, trying to get through to our ophthalmologist (not an easy task - we had given up). Thanks to her persistence they realized the error and confirmed she was right! Costco optical is amazing because of people like Kate!

This is an extremely well run store. Super solid management from the opening. Friendly and professional customer service almost always. The things I don't like: They introduce products that are great...... but then they disappear just as fast. I wish I could rely on consistent supplies, not a surplus store of one time it's in, and then it is gone Increasingly to my dismay, it's becoming more of a clothing store than food store . I'm sure it's because the margin numbers say they make the best margins on clothes per square foot, but I'm finding more and more it's at the reduction of food SKUs and supply items I go there for. I'm already shifting 1/3 now to have go to other food stores/warehouses/wholesalers to find the things that I need and depend on. PLEASE ...I hope the Costco clothing store isn't what our Costco is going to become. It's over the top now.I

This is specifically for the tire shop. I'm a longtime Costco executive member. Ordered a set of 4 tires from them online. They emphasize "free install". Went to get them put on and they are booked 4 weeks out to mount and balance tires! They won't accept walkins unless you are there early in the morning (which my job doesn't allow) and won't let you leave your car overnight for next day service. I was essentially turned away and had to take my new tires somewhere else to get installed for $100. They didn't even offer any consideration/partial discount. Taking them to one of their competitors who can get it done same day. First -- and last -- time I will buy tires from Costco.

Im honestly getting tired of this pharmacy not having my meds on stock only to give me a more expensive brand that they happen to have in back. This has happened multiple times on one of my prescriptions, and Im constantly struggling because of it. Honestly, Im looking around for another pharmacy. I used to really like this one, but the quality of service and availability of prescriptions is abhorrent.
